اليوم جربت عندهم Lime mojito ، الطعم جميل بس تركيز الليمون والنعناع قوي. يستحق الزيارة
It's a good place i like the ambiance i dont like the service of the 2 guys attending my orders. The one guy in the counter arrogant dealing me and even taking my orders. And i wish to use the Aura points and got errored he didn't even find way to fix it. And he stop talking to me to take my orders and he entertained the customer next to me even i am not yet done. Secondly i asked politely what is available refreshments and he pointed in the menu translight and i tried to order the Java chips and saying not available ( in a not in a good way manner) and next i tried to ask what's your best offer or you can suggest nearest to java chips and he pointed again the translight he's lazy to suggest what he can offer during that time. And so disrespectful!
Next I've waited in the other side of the counter because i ordered 2 white mocha and 1 dulce de leche. When i was to get it because they called. And when i took it. I ask politey if they can put cream and said yes. I thought it's free because i asked them if i need to add money about it and answered no need. So when i took it again because they called me the 2 order no cream and just the deleche had.its confusing about how the approach the customer actually and the arrogant one.. So i was calm and i paid additional for the 2 cream for 2 drinks and i waited again. Even telling me just sit down! Wait for your order! there sir! and wait for it. But in a arrogant way/manner.
Please do improve your customer service how to attend the clients in proper way. The appetite of the individual will get lost if they're acting always like that and the mood of the customer will get annoyed wanting to be relaxed and chill to dine in a good ambiance but that's what we encountered. Thanks. Hope you find it in positive way and improve more.

There is an employee of this branch named Abdullah Al-Harbi. His smile, good words and politeness are enough to make your day positively. I hope to see the same character of this optimistic young man in all Starbucks Saudi branches.

I really liked this cafe. I ordered a cold V60 coffee and a tuna sandwich. The coffee was great, but the tuna wasn't the best. I also ordered a coconut and dragon fruit drink, which was very delicious and very suitable for summer. The cafe is very quiet, suitable for work or relaxation. There are seating areas upstairs. Denvir & Ibrahim are very nice friendly guys and their smile never leaves their faces..😁
Unfortunately, it was my second chance. try it but their service quality reduced in less than expected. I'll never trust them again because they served me with dry cake and awful taste.

for those who enjoy quiet and relaxing environments, this spot is ideal!🌸 i've visited this restaurant three times, and it has never failed to impress. the breakfast dishes are delightful, the French toast is a must! during my last visit, i ordered Oplaisir tea time, which made for a wonderful evening with loved ones☕️💕

Akram and Sultan are absolutely amazing and very friendly. Every visit to this branch is a unique experience because of them. They are always welcoming with big smiles and a positive attitude. Don't hesitate to ask for their recommendations on drinks; they always know the best options. The atmosphere here is wonderful thanks to Akram and Sultan, and you'll feel right at home. They made my day better and brighter, and I'm always looking forward to coming back and interacting with them again. Truly, they are the best you can meet at Starbucks.
I recently visited Starbucks and had an outstanding experience thanks to Sultan and Simmir. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made sure I felt welcome. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, as they took the time to ensure my order was perfect. Not only were they efficient, but they also went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I truly appreciate their exceptional service and look forward to returning to Starbucks because of them.
The decor of the place is really nice, and the coffee was super tasty (more on the sweet side) We tried the iced latte and iced caramel cappuccino. However, the croissant did not taste fresh at all and service is slow.

One of the Asian waitresses was very rude and arrogant. Her way of taking the order from the guests was very unprofessional and she demonstrated a very condescending attitude.
The food was average and overpriced. They also forgot to bring one of our drinks and when I asked for it they took sometime to get it without any apologies. The tea tasted funny and weird (apparently their water was not of a good quality)
This was my first experience with them but I’ll never come back because of their staff arrogance and condescension attitude.

Only one server so it was slow getting my order and the mini bread pudding took 15 min to be prepared ….. came on a Wednesday night at 8 so if your in hurry avoid coming at night ☺️

My heart fluttered as they serve us this delish cake and pasta with a happy birthday song for the background. An Instagrammable ambiance as it was! Food was OK, the service was phenomenal and the atmosphere wasn't that bad.
The amazing service, the sweet attitude, and the great hospitality and generosity is what make Madeleine above and beyond.
They provided fruits for free to our son and he loved it. Then they have him some small cakes and he enjoyed it too. They provided complimentary toast with butter and jam.

واحد من افضل المقاهي الكوفي والحلويات لذيذة والأسعار معقولة / one of the best coffee shops the sweet is delicious and the coffee is perfect and the atmosphere is very 👍🏻 طلبت ثلاث أنواع حلى فطيرة البيكان وسنيكرز كيك و بابكا شوكولاتة سكر خفيفة تشبه السينبون 😋 وثلاث مشروبات

My family and I went to this coffee and the restaurant last night. The place was quiet and beautiful. We ordered the French toast, croissants and cappuccino. The dessert was very nice. I increased this restaurant a year ago and so far the quality of their food has not changed in This restaurant thank you very much..

المكان جميل ، الشاي التلقيمة مجبر تاخذ ابريق للأسف ، الأسعار مرتفعة ، الخدمة سريعة ، الموظفين مضيافين وودودين ، الحلى بعضها يتميزون فيها .

I tried Late and Mocha coffee by HungerStation, it was almost milk with little bit coffee(received cold), the marble cake was very small without ganache(chocolate cream)!
Very lovely location but the place smells bad and a lot of mosquitoes, however the staff are friendly and I like the music list over there 😍
