Beautiful day out. 3 hours of walking and admiring beautiful animals. Well done to the amazing zoo team that looks after these animals and premises and thank you🥰
Absolutely breathtaking each time I've been lucky enough to see it! 😊 When in London, I always make it a priority to stop past and take in its beauty. Definitely recommend seeing it if and when you go to London.
Trafalgar Square is one of London's most famous public spaces, renowned for its iconic landmarks, cultural significance, and vibrant atmosphere. Here's an overview of Trafalgar Square:

1. **Location**: Situated in the heart of central London, Trafalgar Square is located in the City of Westminster, near the West End and Covent Garden districts. It is bounded by several major streets, including Whitehall, The Mall, and Charing Cross Road.

2. **History**: Trafalgar Square was originally laid out in the early 19th century and named in commemoration of the British naval victory at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. The square has since become a focal point for public gatherings, celebrations, and demonstrations.

3. **Nelson's Column**: The centerpiece of Trafalgar Square is Nelson's Column, a monument erected in honor of Admiral Horatio Nelson, who died at the Battle of Trafalgar. The column stands 52 meters (169 feet) tall and is topped by a statue of Nelson.

4. **Fountains and Statues**: Trafalgar Square is adorned with several fountains and statues, including the iconic bronze lions at the base of Nelson's Column. The square also features statues of other historical figures, such as King George IV and General Sir Charles James Napier.

5. **Cultural Events**: Trafalgar Square is a popular venue for cultural events, concerts, and celebrations throughout the year. It hosts annual events such as the Christmas tree lighting ceremony, the St. Patrick's Day parade, and the Diwali festival of lights.

6. **National Gallery**: Located on the northern side of Trafalgar Square is the National Gallery, one of the world's premier art museums. The gallery houses an extensive collection of European paintings from the 13th to the 19th centuries, including works by renowned artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Vincent van Gogh, and Claude Monet.

7. **Public Gatherings**: Trafalgar Square has a long history as a site for public gatherings and demonstrations. It has been the venue for political rallies, protests, and celebrations, including the annual New Year's Eve festivities and Victory in Europe Day celebrations.

Trafalgar Square remains a vibrant and bustling hub of activity in London, attracting visitors from around the world with its historic monuments, cultural attractions, and lively atmosphere. It is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the city's rich heritage and contemporary culture.
Visiting Buckingham Palace was an absolute delight! From the stunning architecture to the opulent interiors, every detail exudes grandeur and history. The State Rooms are simply breathtaking, showcasing the epitome of royal elegance.

This was probably my forth time seeing it but still a great site! Although I’ve been inside, this time was just walking by. Love to see it from down the park with Victoria’s statue in front.
Loved the zoo. It's really huge and a lot of variety of animals. Would recommend dedicating an entire day for it. We had to visit twice in order to complete the whole park. The food is decent. No halal options were available. I really enjoyed the immersive butterfly garden, and the squirrel monkey open area. Would definitely recommend for both kids and adults.
One of London's great tourist hotspots
Great for holiday portrait photography and a general meeting spot Different exhibits keep it fresh throughout the year,Some places to sit down around the edges to rest after a bit of shopping
Buckingham Palace was an average visit. The exterior of the palace is impressive, but the limited access to the interior left much to be desired. The crowds were overwhelming, making it difficult to get a good view or take pictures. The gardens were well-maintained but not particularly captivating. As for the Changing of the Guards ceremony, it was underwhelming and didn't seem worth the wait. Overall, it's a must-see for its historical significance, but don't expect it to be the highlight of your trip.
Zoo was nice to see. Seems like a great family place to spend. A lot of animals had a great view however many of them were not available eg. Penguins or gorillas. There were few places that were not clean but staff was working on site. The gift shop was really great to go through and purchase your goods.
The beautiful and iconic Big Ben and the London Eye around. A lovely place to see. Lots of people all around. Just beware of pick pockets in operation.
We had a wonderful time here with our family. There's an abundance of things to experience.

I strongly recommend this place for people of all ages. I wish I had taken more pictures! It's quite pricey, but the trip is worth it, supporting fantastic charities that protect wildlife species in the UK.
We had the most amazing time. We stayed in one of the lodges in the lions enclosure. Waking up to the roar of the lion and hearing it early evening was amazing.

We had a tour of the zoo after it closed at 6:00 then supper then an after dark tour and a tour early morning before the zoo opened and breakfast

The lodges were lovely and there was a zoo keeper around at all times.
It was incredible and so close to central London and a well away from Camden
Highly recommend

Free and worth your time. There are works of the masters you will recognize- Van Gogh , Monet, and Rembrandt. It’s also incredibly curated with incredibly kind staff that will answer any question. A London must do. (I didn’t have a ticket, there is a no ticket free line I only waited 10 minutes)

Large, beautiful park with fields for people to play and dogs to run. Historical figures scattered among its expanse. Good for people watching, observing variety of water birds. Good vibes

Whoever can't ignore that Big Ben is necessary to travel. I also visited twice to see Big Ben for looking at different times. I took a photo on the famous spot. So I can get many pretty nice pictures.
We came to visit the palace during our trip to London. It is an absolutely stunning place. We loved the royalty style and magnificent gardens. We recommend checking the schedule of the changing of the guards and coming early enough to secure your spot as close to the front yard. The best spot to watch the ceremony is all the way in the front and as close to the main gate as possible. This way you can see the ceremony taking place inside and capture it the best. This spot is also best as you can see the guards as they come in and leave from up-close.
London is beautiful!! Highly recommended!!
Enjoyable place to visit looking around a royal residence, the history of Queen Victoria from a young girl to her later life. The rooms, the furniture, and some classic paintings on the walls. Quite a few staircases to climb, but there are small lifts in most areas. Cafe with outside seating, serving light meals, tea, and coffee. A gift shop is also available and most things at a reasonable price.
Beautiful place, there was a long queue outside, but it was worth it. You can walk freely inside, place is not big. Just make sure that you come at the time that is specified in your ticket, as queues are grouped based on entry time.
Lovely gardens, cover very big area. Great place to spend the day if you love nature.
Standing tall and timeless, Big Ben in London is an iconic symbol of history and grandeur. Its majestic presence commands attention, drawing visitors from all corners of the globe. The intricate details of its architecture are a testament to the craftsmanship of yesteryears. While its exterior is awe-inspiring, stepping inside unveils a sense of wonder and reverence for the passage of time. Whether admiring its beauty from afar or experiencing its chimes up close, Big Ben leaves an indelible mark on all who encounter it. A must-see destination for anyone exploring the heart of London's rich cultural tapestry.
Buckingham Palace offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in British history and royal pomp. The Changing of the Guard is a must-see, and touring the State Rooms (if you can) is an unforgettable experience. Just be prepared for crowds and plan ahead for ticketing, especially during peak season.
Beautiful park to take a stroll through.

We mainly passed through here when walking from the Hyde park playground to get to the Princess Diana memorial playground. We definitely underestimated how much walking it would be for our 3yo.
What is a visit to London without visiting the zoo, is what we thought and added the zoo to our itinerary. Without booking a ticket you might end up on a short wait when entering. It was a rainy day so I assume we had a quiet Sunday at the zoo.

We had a wonderful couple of hours here where our highlights were:
-the gorillas where we saw the two babies
-the indoor monkey area where the monkeys run around and race on the branches right over your head
-the butterfly enclosure
-the insects room

Unfortunately due to the rainy day some areas/animals were closed or there was nothing to see.

The price is steep with about 90 pounds for two adults and one 3yo.
The National Gallery of London offers an incredible array of artworks, showcasing the talents of masters like Monet, Rousseau, and Van Gogh. The fact that admission is free is truly remarkable, allowing anyone to appreciate these masterpieces without financial barriers. While tickets aren't required, the option to make a donation supports the gallery's ongoing efforts. Overall, it provides a great experience for art enthusiasts and visitors alike.

This park is a haven for nature lovers and relaxation seekers alike. With its expansive layout, there's plenty of space to stroll or find a peaceful spot to sit and admire the surroundings. The presence of a pond adds to the tranquility, offering a soothing ambiance. And now, with the garden beginning to bloom, it's even more enchanting, painting the landscape with vibrant colors and fragrant blooms. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape or a place to reconnect with nature, this park delivers on all fronts.
Standing close to Buckingham Palace and snapping photos is truly amazing. The architectural beauty is captivating, making it a must-visit destination. Its grandeur and historical significance make it an iconic landmark worth experiencing firsthand. A visit to Buckingham Palace is a memorable and enriching experience for any traveler.
This place is much smaller than the Buckingham palace however, it is no less in beauty. The palace is surrounded by a garden and has a huge lake in front of it. If you want to enter the palace and take a tour then you will have to purchase tickets. However, if you just want to visit the garden and have a nice day there, it's completely free. You can enjoy the view of the lake, have a stroll in the garden, walk your dog, feed the swans, ducks and other birds, or even have a nice picnic here.
Trafalgar Square, immortalized in countless films, is a cinematic oasis waiting to be explored. With its iconic water fountains, inviting sitting areas, and picturesque buildings, it offers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening in London. Whether you’re people-watching from the steps of the National Gallery or admiring the beauty of Nelson’s Column, there’s something magical about this historic square.
I visited Kensington Palace on a weekday and lucked out with sunny weather in January. The palace is definitely worth a visit, offering a fascinating glimpse into history and royal life. After exploring the palace, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll in the nearby park, making it a perfect day out. Whether you're interested in history or simply seeking a peaceful escape, Kensington Palace and its surroundings won't disappoint.

Hyde Park is a really nice day put in London. You can have nice walks along the pond, feed the ducks, or just chill out for a couple of hours. It's clean and well maintained. I went there for 420 and it was a nice vibe. There was police to keep things in order. It's also a nice place to watch the sunset as you can tell the photos. It was a nice afternoon. There is also a restaurant within the park, a bit pricey, get ready to pay £2.50 for a can of coke.
A nice garden in the middle of the city!

We visited this attraction today just to look at the outside. A must see when visiting London.

There was no changing of the guard today.

It's a very popular attraction so it's very very busy.
But you still get a good view.
A wonderful peaceful walk with the birds, flowers, bandstand, and more.
Definitely recommend taking a walk around.
There's a children's play area, but we didn't use it.
A lovely garden area "Diana Garden "
Apparently, the princess often admired the sunken garden while staying at Kensington Palace. 🌹
Nestled amidst breathtaking gardens and a tranquil pond, this palace is an absolute gem for photography enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The architecture is simply stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for capturing memorable moments. The meticulously maintained gardens offer a delightful escape for leisurely strolls, with picturesque views at every turn. And with numerous benches scattered throughout, there’s no shortage of cozy spots to pause and take in the beauty of the surroundings. My visit was nothing short of magical, and I highly recommend this enchanting palace for anyone seeking a serene and unforgettable experience.
Looks beautiful, really good landscape and gardens!

Really enjoyable for children, there is a park for children (you can only enter if you have a child with you) the park has lots of attractions for children.

There is a cafe and toilets.

The Kensington palace you can walk around it for free, however if you want to visit the place where princess Diana lived you do need to purchase ticket before hand, below in my pictures you will
Be able to see the price. The last entry ticket is 4:30pm. The Kensington place garden is beautiful beyond imagination.

It is a lovely park if you just wanted to walk through or come with family (picnic)

Would definitely keep coming!
The park is really well maintained.
Never been before and will definitely be going again on next visit to London.
We took 1.5 hours and only got round about 1/4 so it's most of a full day to really do the whole place.
There is a small lift which can easily take wheelchair or prams, enough space around exhibits as well to get around
We did not have tickets so had to go to back entrance, queue went down quickly, just standard bag checks.

The tower clock is something incredible to watch. It gives 2 different vibes when standing there in daylight and also at night. Both give different feelings.

The London eye is visible from here which makes it more attractive.

Less crowds, very near, but the road is busy with traffic.
Love this park. The trees and you can walk off the ways. Sit relax, play with dogs, do yoga, meditate or just hang out. So real and clean. Trash bins once every few meters, signs to relocate if you are lost.

Once you enter Hyde park you immediately forget you are in London. For anyone who loves nature it is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet walk and look at the trees, the paths, the lake and all the animals you’ll meet on your way. But even if nature walks is not your ‘thing’ visiting Hyde park will change your mind. Everything is clean and well maintained and there are little cafes every so often to hydrate and enjoy a hot/cold drink while you walk. The park is vast and you can easily lose track of time and get distracted by little cute squirrels or parakeets up into the trees. I would recommend visiting the park if possible at each season as it offers different kind of views, flowers and plants that you can see.
It was such a beautiful experience. I saw a lot of animals. It took about 3 hours walking around the zoo. Had to take a break, got some snacks and continued on my way. I'll make another visit soon. Great resource for teaching too. Family friendly and it is generally a safe zoo to visit. You can buy memorabilia from the shops as well and snacks to go. I'll recommend a visit.
Such a great atmosphere in this square so many things going on.
Water fountains, statues, street acts , the vibrancy is great to sit back and take it all in.

We visited twice once at twilight and once during the day. Both gave us different fantastic experiences.

Very big park.

The kids enjoyed playing in green grass and we had a picnic.

For photography, this place is very suitable because of different flowers and birds.

As it is spring, beautiful blossom. It was so beautiful.

In central there is a lake and boat riding facilities.

For dine, there is a hotel and there are toilets available.

We spotted police horses.

Super park. Highly recommended for family hangouts.

I always love Hyde Park! It is always so active and vibrant. Whether you are doing your daily run or looking for the sculptural treasures on the many paths. The Italian Garden, Kensington Palace. Have a sit by the pond or enjoy a coffee or ice cream cone at the many stands throughout the park. Wildlife abundant, dogs living their best life running and playing.

It's an absolute must-visit destination that offers breathtaking views from the heart of the busiest city on earth! Trust me, you won't find a better spot to take in all the excitement and energy that London has to offer!
Worth a visit if you are an art lover- some beautiful pieces from many famous artists such as Van Gogh and Monet. Can definitely get busy in rooms with the more famous paintings, some patience was required to be able to view and admire some but definitely worth the wait!
Nice for a day out! No ticket is required.

We largely visited to check out the new reptile house, which was incredible, but saw the whole zoo in the end. The animals are kept in large and beautiful enclosures, we saw no pacing animals. Food and drink prices weren't as expensive as I expected, and there's a machine that offers filtered and cold, still or sparkling water for 25p per 500ml. We had the weather on our side as well, which was wonderful. There was a huge queue to get in, but it moved very fast so we didn't wait long. Great day out!
London's Trafalgar Square, home to famous sites including the Nelson Column and the National Gallery, is a center of movement and culture. Its open area brings people together and attracts street performers, making the environment lively. However, at busy hours, the crowds might be oppressive. All things considered, it's a must-see location that successfully blends history with modern beauty.
The iconic clock tower known as Big Ben is situated at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London, England. Contrary to popular belief, the name "Big Ben" actually refers to the bell inside the tower, not the tower itself. The tower stands at an impressive height of 316 feet (96 meters) and has become a symbol of London's history and culture.

Adjacent to Big Ben is the Houses of Parliament, also known as the Palace of Westminster. This historic building serves as the meeting place for the two houses of the Parliament of the United Kingdom—the House of Commons and the House of Lords. The architecture of the Houses of Parliament is a stunning example of Gothic Revival style, with intricate details and grandeur that captivate visitors from around the world.

The Houses of Parliament overlook the River Thames, adding to its picturesque setting. The building has a rich history, having survived fires and bombings throughout the years. Visitors can explore various parts of the Houses of Parliament, including Westminster Hall, the Central Lobby, and the House of Commons Chamber.

Together, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament form a magnificent landmark that represents the heart of British democracy and heritage. The sight of these majestic structures against the London skyline is truly awe-inspiring and continues to attract tourists and locals alike.
A gorgeous square surrounded by iconic London landmarks. The square was an oasis of green even though it was chilly outside. I love seeing all of the flags. No ticket is required, just walk around the square as you are taking in the London sites. All I can say is it is lovely!
Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the iconic Tower Bridge. The experience was nothing short of breathtaking, as I admired the the stunning views of the palace and the wonderful guards . The history and architecture of the palace left me in awe, and the walk along the green park was an exhilarating experience. If you're in London, a visit to this palace is an absolute must. The combination of engineering marvel, history, and panoramic views make it a truly unforgettable attraction.
I used National Art Pass to get free entry, so I couldn't book a ticket in advance. However, the queue was not very long, and I got in after about 5 minutes. Make sure to pick up an audio guide. A map is not really necessary because there were specific paths to follow. The staff at Kensington Palace were very friendly and helpful. I attended one of the talks at the King's State Apartments, and it was very interesting. I also enjoyed walking around the garden after visiting the Palace. Overall, it was an enjoyable afternoon.

This is a beautiful clock tower. I walked by here while visiting London and was satisfied with my experience. Big Ben is an icon of London, and one can admire its architectural beauty from the street. It has several small ornamental details on it, and it’s easy to tell the time on its large clock. At night, the clock lights up. I gave this clock tower five stars because it’s absolutely gorgeous. It looks significantly better than it does in pictures.

Hyde Park is one of the most popular parks in London.

There is a map explaining each location and where to go.

There are many gates to enter the park and Cafes to enjoy the green nature.

The park is well maintained and I did not see dirty places at all.

There is wonderful sitting area with fountains.

There are big lake with ducks which you can feed them. You can find squirrels near the trees.

There are Area to do activities like cycling, Running, football.

You have to visit and enjoy the nature and lakes.

I have spent 3 hours just walking. It is magnificent park.
Did you know you can see horses and other animals here? Located as a short distance to Vauxhall underground it's a nice park to take a lunch break in. Or pet a horse.
One of the most famous squares in London. Here, you can see the National Gallery , Nelson column, and many things. During nights, many activities may you see there. One of the nice places you need to visit

A royal palace is located on the banks of Tamiz River, which is known as one of the most haunted places in London. The reason is rooted in the past of this historical castle. In about 800 years, the Tower of London was used as a prison by the Salt family
Clear blue skies hovering over tall skyscrapers, well this is the view in Vauxhall!
Was around for some work so didn’t want to miss the chance of stepping into a park around and this garden was beautiful!
Surrounded by a city farm where visitors were queuing up to meet the animals.
The garden was peaceful, with people walking, sitting, playing, picnicing.
Just off the main road, in the heart of the area was this beauty!!!
With pubs n restaurants being opened you can definitely spot more people chilling, talking, sun bathing, sipping beer and what notttt!
