Tiyatro meydanı batumun sembol meydanlarından bir tanesi olup bu yere giden herkesin memnun kaldığı , görsel olarak heykel, yeni ve eski mimarinin örneklerini görebileceği bir mekan. Tavsiye ederim ama lokasyondadır merkezi konumundadır ücretsizdir.
I love this square. Right by the Old Town Batumi. I love the architecture, the atmosphere, everything. The buildings are well-maintained. I took quite many good pictures in this square. When I was there, some people were doing a peaceful protest. It seems like this square is often used for that, too.
Tarihi bir alan. Yapılar olduğu gibi eski mimari şeklinde duruyor. Özünü korumuşlar. Sahil bandında böyle değil, her yer yüksek yüksek binalar.
Fakat aslında sahil bandında ki binalar da hepten ruhsuz sayılmaz. Hemen hepsinin içine estetik bir dokunuş koymuşlar. Ama asıl olay, o güzelim tarihi binaları, çoğunlukla Sovyet binaları bunlar, yıkıp yerine Dubai tarzı binaları dikmeleri. Eski binaları restore edip hiç yıkmasalar ve yeni binaları farklı bir alana yapmış olsalarmıs daha iyi olabilirmiş.

Bol hikayesi ve heykelleri bulunan bir meydan. Bir tarafıyla liman kısmına, diğer tarafıyla Avrupa Meydanına bağlanıyor. Sağa baktığınizda eski Sovyet binalarını görürken, sola baktığınızda Batı mimarisine dayalı bir yapılaşma görüyorsunuz. Tarihi tiyatro binası, Poseidon Heykeli ve Neptün Çeşmesi ilgi çekici. Uğramadan geçmeyin. Başıboş köpeklere dikkat edin.!
A beautiful square lined with lovely buildings. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and music around. The statue in the middle and the palace looking building make you feel like you’re in a fairytale.
میدانی زیبا با طراحی اروپایی ساختمان های اطراف، که مکانی دنج برای صرف شراب در کافه های اطراف است
포세이돈 조각상이 이뻣음. 공원으로 조성이 되어있어서 잠깐 쉬다 가기에도 편했음. 주변에 댕댕이 들이 많았는데 너무 귀여웠음.
This square has got many different types of Architectural style also sculptures.
It is better than Piazza.
Especially the story of the female statue( Medea from Greek Mythology) in the square is quite funny. The statue woman turned the life of the man (Jason) who cheated on her into a misery.

The Europe Square is something different, something you don't expect Georgia or Batumi to have, but it exists! In every direction there is something else. To one side, there are beautiful buildings who will remind you of Budapest for example, to another side a nice park with nature and to another side you see just destroyed buildings!
There are great sculptures, restaurants, buildings, hotels and even a casino. There is a fountain and a huge memorial with a golden figure on top!
It is something very worth seeing I can highly recommend it, one of my favorite things in the city! Also a good place to go for a walk or meet up with people. Was mainly very impressed by all the beautiful buildings

We happened to visit this place during the Christmas and New Year period and it literally became the highlight of the entire trip!
Distance:
It's at a stone's throw distance from the Old Town and a 10-15 mins walk from Ali-Nino statue. Prefer walking over choosing a cab as the entire quarter is spectacular with beautiful architecture.
Nearby:
There are several tourist places around - monuments, churches, and statues. This place should definitely be on your must-visit list during the Christmas period as there is a Christmas market, a concert arena, a spectacularly lit Christmas tree, well-lit area, and carol-singing cheerful crowd. One edge of the square also has a casino. Do not miss out on the Astronomical Clock in one corner of the square.

There is a KFC and a McDonald's on the square. Since it is very close to the Old Town, you will find an array of restaurants, bars, pizza joints, chacha joints - all at a distance of 2 mins walking from the square.
