What's wrong with the Nepali guy he needs help please take him to a psicologist asap

4 visits within a month and zero visits on the shell app. Everytime is the same, they process payment before you come to the counter, then they cancel it, scan your app and then payment process again, that way a visit doesn't show on the app. If you collect points on the app, don't go there. I reported them to the shell, they never ask for an app, I wouldn't be surprised if they scan their own. Very untrained and unprofessional.

Not enough checkouts tills available for social interaction with working people earning a living and Self service is a joke! And Self scan! Taking people's income and jobs! Because we don't get paid for it! Or have bonuses 🙄 Then you pay some random person to check your receipt to make sure you have been honest!! Like people who work to earn a wage every week to put a roof over their head's and provide! Slow down and appreciate Family & Life! Not save on an employee who needs a job! Shameful! Tesco! And Others. My Honest Opinion.

Staff from this store always saying that their toilet is blocked , staff always lying and saying no to every customer for toilet , staff behaviour always rude on this store ,

I went to the store @ 7.30am. Lot of the shelfs were empty. Staff just started to stack the shelfs. Cone on tesco get everything set by your opening time. A waste of trip, instead went to another store. Also the only staff in greggs had to attend to a delivery, so I was waiting with no shoping done for another 15mins.

Been this afternoon, most checkouts closed, large queue (20+) at self service. Finally checked out and long wait for approval. This is why I use Morrisons more and more

Got the petrol, paid, and then left. Very easy smd simple

Myshell are allways fantastic they have toilets not like most stations

They always deliver. Most times though items are missing or they replace an item without being informed. Still a good place overall.

Nice clean shop with quick customer service.Huge choice of products, lottery,paypoint.

Waiting for hoover for over half an hour asked the worker in the petrol station if he seen who’s car it was he said no he was sleeping. Totally unacceptable!

Did a self shop today for the convenience of not having to queue at the checkout only to find that the system decided to do a bag check of which I don't mind but when it says it needs to check 44 items in bags I may as well go to the checkout it defeats the object of self shopping not impressed

Ever get the feeling you are interrupting someone’s conversation? No then try Shell Didsbury. Unfortunately I have to use this PFS a lot and the counter staff are always on their phone while dealing with customers. Little or no attention to anything which resembles customer service. Try taking your Bluetooth hands free out of your ears lads and engage with a customer who simply wants to pay and get a receipt. Very poor. My advice to the manager would be get a grip of your team as it’s an embarrassment.

Used the station tonight(29th Feb '24) about 18:30,pulled what I thought was 1 plastic glove from a dispenser unit (near V power Deisel),but three came out due to glove being tight to pull out,I used 1 and put the other 2 in my pocket.When i went to pay I was accused of stealing in his words,:-A LOAD OF GLOVES AND DON'T DO IT AGAIN in front of 6 customers,I told him I had 2 which I could not return to the dispenser and showed him,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VILE,never have I been spoken to like this,HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS,AFTER SPENDING £55,employees here needs retraining in HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY,I work for THE N.H.S.
AND I WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO PEOPLE THE WAY I SPOKEN TO.

It's a petrol station. Does exactly what it says on the tin (sign). Added bonus the shop is usually well stocked and the staff are a friendly bunch.

Cashier had some issues either her card machine, otherwise polite.

They will not let any customers use the toilet even disabled customers - despite the toilet itself being located outside the shop rather than inside. The staff member said its out of order and when I said you've had that sign up for a month he changed story and said we don't allow customers to use toilet in evenings?
This is very poor service from Shell, I will try to avoid shell and use other stations now

We used to use the garage to drop off Yodel parcels. They have now become very fussy and refuse to accept more than a very limited number of parcels, and always made it very apparent that anything other than small parcels weren't accepted (even if they were within Yodel size limits). Surely the whole point of operating a Yodel franchise is to serve ALL the Yodel customers? We recommend supporting other local businesses who are actually pleased to receive your custom.

Im sure staff are friendly in the 'day' time. But two evening/night visits have been borderline disrespectful. 1. In the evening you are asked to pay for fuel before filling. The operator on this occasion cut the fuel before the full amount was filled. I went back for the partial refund - poor literacy/communication skills unfortunately. On another visit, we purchased a chocolate product (boxed). The interior foil wrap was half torn off.. The quality didn't adhere to the genuine brands standard... All in all, a tacky, shoddy excuse of a convenience store/fuel station. Ill only use if DESPERATE.
