A fine airport that is modernized in same areas, while needs attention in others.
It has three terminals with terminal 1 mostly for international flights, terminal 2 mostly for Royal Air Maroc flights, and terminal three is for domestic flights. One can easily walk between the three terminals.
Generally speaking, the airport is clean and organized, and staff are friendly. However, improvements can be introduced to the immigration area, the luggage area, and the exterior area once exiting the arrival building.
The airport has a large duty free, a few travel lounges, and many eateries.

Modern, clean and tidy airport. We walked a bit and found no clear directions to our baggage area. Eventually we found it at the far end. Bags took quite some time to come out. Currency exchange at the other end was very helpful and duty free was great. Don’t normally buy, but we were going on a Desert Safari and wanted a few sips of red under the stars. A bottle of beautiful, smooth Bordeaux was 8 euros. We were waved through security and just passed through. There are sim kiosks. We bought sims reasonably from Orange without issue. Just as you exit and walk by the lineup of people behind the gates, to the left, are taxis. Seems standard at 300 MAD to the city.
Bags came out too late and I missed my train.
The airport is big but they can improve a lot. The security check and immigration at the time of departure aged me by two years.

Very beautiful and wide place. You won't see the time pass when waiting for your flight. Don't forget to take a break if you're hungry. 😌

Absolute worst airport I have ever visited. Took the train here from Casa Port and I have to go through an x-ray check at the entrance. The officer was giving out instruction in French and then Arabic, but did not elaborate for me (I clearly look Asian?) so I asked him in English for instructions. He ignored me 2 times and a kind lady helped translate for me instead.
Upon exit from the station, it is unclear if I should go to Terminal 1 or 2, and the staff was rude and unhelpful, first dismissing me then giving me wrong directions. Finally found the right terminal, but the queue was super long and despite having done my online check-in, I was told to go to the other queue. I went to ask the staff from the other airline and the business class check-in, and they only replied “you’re not my business, go queue”.
Took me 1 hour to finally check-in as the carousel was faulty and all the luggage are just stuck at the counters. Yet the staff was just standing, only 1 staff was moving the luggage manually.
Immigration was another nightmare as only 2 lanes were open for x-ray check. Instead of facilitating the queue or opening more lanes, the airport staff was sitting and eating by the lanes?! Queue for passport check moved slowly and that took another half an hour.
Airport is dilapidated with dirty washrooms and poor ventilation. Duty free shopping lacks variety and the eateries charge only euro. Casablanca is Morocco’s biggest city so I had expected the international airport to be better - the service staff, the inefficiency and the facilities are seriously just subpar. For a country priding itself on its tourism, the airport definitely needs massive improvement.

The airport t1 is quite modern and connected to t2. Food and shop options available. Pearl lounge is pretty mediocre! Bathrooms kept pretty clean.
Arrival area is organized but passport control and customs took a while. ATMs available on the arrival hall and on the ground flour is the train station. Make sure to withdraw cash before heading to train station as you will need to go thru security to get back in.
If you have long layover over 8hs you can get a free hotel so you need to clear immigration and customs once at the main hall terminal 1 go upstairs and look for transit and lodging just above orange shop. Over there you will receive a voucher and then head outside close to terminal 2 for the free shuttle pickup. It comes every 1/2 of a hour. I had not only the hotel but two meals! Highly recommended!!

After seeing the domestic terminal went there
Big airport but not well designed it has enough space for better airport as well it need refurbishment with good interior design
By the way some policemen ask for money to make your life easier and some workers as well
Getting help is not that easy as only a few help you but normally there are no employees there
