Wir waren gestern erstmalig im Yoonsim. Unsere Kellnerin war super nett. Wir waren zu fünft, hatten aber nur einen Tisch für vier, dementsprechend war es etwas eng. Das Essen war frisch und super lecker. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Das Essen kam vor den Getränken. Der Mülleimer für die Papiertücher auf der Damentoilette war kaputt, so dass alle den Müll daneben geworfen haben. Diese geringe Investition könnten die Besitzer tätigen und in den Toiletten würde es direkt viel sauberer wirken.
Waren heute mit der Familie hier. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen hat geschmeckt! Der Laden ist gut besucht: freie Tische gab es nicht. Wir haben vor n paar Wochen reserviert. Das Besondere sind die Grills direkt am Platz. Die Getränke sind etwas teuer, Gerichte vom Preis ok. Wir kommen wieder!
Takeaway order. The food took a very long time to arrive and when it did some of it was cold and some lukewarm. Not very authentic, it did not taste like Korean food at all. Chicken was dry and tasted like it had been re heated (though only lukewarm when it arrived). Can't imagine that I will order from there again.
Sehr begeistert vom Restaurant! Tolles Essen, Super bedient sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Ambiente Atmosphäre ist auch einladend . Mein neues Lieblings Restaurant , absolute Empfehlung. Tip am besten Reservieren, zumindest am Wochenende!
We came here because all other Japanese restaurants were booked out or had long lines. We normally also like Korean food but we were rather disappointed here.
We had a bibimbap with dinner set (incl. a soup, 3 sides and few pieces of kimchi pancake) and Jokbal. The sides were made very loveless and tasteless and cold. The soup was a simple bouillon with lots of chopped veggies (didn't taste great) and the kimchi pancake was too oily.
The dolsot bibimbap was lacking taste too and was also too oily. We Jokbal was okay.
I barely finished my bibimbap and we had to pack the Jokbal but we barely touched any of the sides and the soup. Definitely would not recommend ordering the dinner set.
Including drinks we paid about 50€+
Their toilet was also not very clean and walls and floor are all sticky. Service was also not great. We didn't get our cutlery until we asked for it after our food all arrived.
We would not come back here 😔

This place reminds me of my friend's Korean grandmother's home cooking. Since I've moved away from them, I've had Korean food many times, but there was always something missing, like it was "restaurantified." This is the first time in 20 years that I had food that reminded me of those good times. This is Korean home cooking at its finest. It really is like having your buddy's oma cook you a meal, and in that sense I think it's one of a kind here in Düsseldorf.
To all those are Gusan: thank you for the amazing meal and the trip down memory lane. This is one I will remember.
PS. I had the kimchi and pork belly spicy stir fry, and my wife had the japchae. They were both amazing, so amazing that we forgot to take pictures and dug in.

I came here just two weeks after i came back from Korea, because i kept missing their foods so much.

They don‘t have many options on the menu, which i like it, so i know that they specialize these menus. The service was kinda slow i could say, i‘m not sure maybe i have to try to come at some other time to compare. The Bangchan i didn‘t really enjoy tbh, i expect more things and more flavor, but wasn‘t that bad.

Capitiamo per puro caso in questo coreano e ne rimaniamo estasiati.
Dall'arredamento elegante e suggestivo, alla gentilezza del personale e alla bontà e sublimitá del cibo, tutto perfetto.
Era la prima volta che provavamo il coreano e il cameriere, attento a ogni singolo dettaglio, ci ha anche spiegato come cuocere la carne e il modo tipico di mangiarla, creando un Involtino con l'insalata e aggiungendo una delle tante salse che ci hanno portato.
I prezzi sono in linea. Non è ovviamente economico, ma a ragion veduta in quanto si possono assaggiare carni pregiate che sul mercato hanno ovviamente il loro costo.
Se capiteremo ancora a Dusseldorf, ci torneremo sicuramente.

6 kişilik bir arkadaş grubu için çeşitli yemekler sipariş verdik. İki kişilik olarak belirtilen yemekler 3 kişiyi rahat bir şekilde doyurabilirdi. Yiyecekler taze ve lezzetliydi. Atmosfer güzeldi. Fiyatlar biraz yüksek, ancak porsiyonlar fazla.
Authentic Korean place with nice food and drinks selection. Book a place in advance as it can get busy. Very polite waitresses and a kitchen right in front of the tables that looks impressive.
Wir waren spontan dort. Haben ein Tisch an der Fotowand bekommen . War etwas ungemütlich, da sehr wenig Platz, aber hat auch sein besonderen Charme dadurch das es dort sehr eng ist. Essen war top, hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Habe leider nicht alle Gerichte abfotografiert, waren zu gierig. Hätten aber mehrere Sachen probiert. Die Hähnchen sind eine sehr große Portion, daher haben wir den Rest mit nach Hause genommen.
Die Atmosphäre war angenehm. Leider mussten wir 20 Minuten anstehen; es ist ratsam, vorher zu reservieren. Die Musik war gut, aber gelegentlich etwas zu laut. Die Portionen sind großzügig bemessen – lasst euch von den Preisen (z.B. 20€ für Ganjang Chicken) nicht abschrecken, denn eine Portion ist ausreichend für zwei Personen. Das Personal war außerdem hilfsbereit und freundlich.

The staff here is very friendly and lovely. Although it is usually busy and needs an appointment, but a girl still arranged us a seat and we could have our delicious dinner within about 1 hour( totally enough) A girl asked us kindly 好不好吃
The dishes: non-spicy beef soup, pork kimchi, bibimbap are all good. (I have been to Duesseldorf third times, these dishes should be definitely on the lists)

Büyük bir merakla gittiğim Korean BBQ'da çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadım. Sipariş ettiğimiz etler lastik gibiydi. Her ne kadar etin yağ dağılımı pişmemiş halinde gayet güzel ve dengeli gözükse de, tadım sırasındaki deneyim beni ne yazık ki üzdü.
Very nice Korean food for a fair price! The staff was super friendly and also gave us tips on how to combine drinks and dishes. Recommended! :)
Service was very good , fast and friendly. Food was good although I had higher expectations for this place.
We had a great diner here. Recommendable to reserve in advance sjnce the restaurant is very busy. The spicy chicken feet is a must try!
You shouldn't be surprised if there's a line in front of the restaurant! It's popular! But fortunately, they accept reservations even for a group of 10.
The Dolsot Bulgogi I got was delicious. Compared to other restaurants, the portion was a bit smaller, but it was full of meat. The bibimbap is served with Miso soup and two side dishes.

I found this cute authentic Korean restaurant in Düsseldorf.
This place was really authentic, we had some bossam and jjajangmyeon with a lot of banchan only thing missing was a bowl of soup like they do in Korea

Ordered the knee soup ( yes knee) with some wide dishes. The soup tasted very good. Very wholesome and authentic meal
If you’re into Korean food or want to try it out, this is a very good spot. Food was tasty, service was excellent and had a wonderful time overall. Highly recommend.

On picture its the Udon noodle soup with beef, which is very delicious and served in a very big bowl. Portions and quality is really good, especially for the price. Their menu is in Deutsch and English.
They also offer vegetarian and vegan options, which is marked on their menu.
We got lucky that there was seating available during lunch time, but making a reservation is highly recommended.

昨天我只去了这家餐厅。但是昨晚吃完后回家，肚子开始疼，早上起来不停的呕吐，发烧。这是我人生中第一次食物中毒。卫生条件堪忧。
Leuk restaurant! Niet gereserveerd, restaurant bleek volgeboekt maat toch wist de ober wat te schuiven zodat wij een een plekje hadden voor max 2 uur. Het was voor ons de eerste keer Korean bbq, de ober legde uit hoe het werkte en wij hebben een heerlijk diner gehad. De plaat werd 2 keer vervangen tijdens ons diner. Afzuigers aanwezig. Echt een aanrader, wij waren aangenaam verrast :-)

I ordered the Spicy God Chicken along with a soup—I can't recall its exact name. The gracious waitress recommended a combination of half moderately spicy and half very spicy. Honestly, the moderate spice level was preferable, allowing me to enjoy a delightful mix of sweet and spicy flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful, although one drawback was that they didn't accept card payments for amounts under 30 euros, which could be seen as a downside.
In conclusion, if you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you're hungry and craving a substantial meal with sides at a reasonable price.

THE BEST KOREAN FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTE SO FAR!!! My korean friends even told me this was authentic!!! And it’s the same taste as thenone I had in korea💓💓💓💕💕💕 my favorite is dakbal and suntofu jjigae
Dynamite food! Wish I could find Korean food this amazing in my hometown in the states. Hit all the flavor requirements!
Kimchijjigae for 17,90€ felt overpriced, probably because it was too sour and I didnt really enjoy. if you want to order some more of the side dishes they cost extra. Yuzu tee was also a bit bland and more on the watery side. Quite dissappointed tbh all in all. Wouldn’t come again.
We try Asian restaurants very often and enjoy Korean food very much. Restaurant Seoul serves genuine Korean food of good quality. Unfortunately we can’t say the same for our waitress (blond, Korean-speaking) who was rude, inattentive and unpleasant. There were other staff members who were very pleasant and friendly. However, our waitress made us decide not to come back to Seoul, even if the food was pretty good.

The food was good but not that great. For a traditional Korean restaurant I would have expected a bit more especially when I could compare it with the eating places in Korea from my travels. I had a 순두부찌개 (Sun Dubu Jjigae - soft tofu stew with pork) and the so famous Korean Fried Chicken. The stew was okeish as the veggies in it were not necessarily that well cooked and the pork a bit too chewie rather than soft. The fried chicken was so and so, as I could tell it was not freshly taken out the frying pot. Nevertheless, although kinda pricey vs.quality, atmosphere was nice and the service good.
Best pajeon is Dusseldorf! Oh my goodness. So done well. It is just ✨ perfection ✨. Went here spontaneously since my friend and I got hungry all of a sudden (don’t judge us hehe) so we did not have a reservation. It was dinner time and the place was quite full but in a matter of 5 minutes, they were able to give us a table near the bar across the mirror. :) The service was excellent and the staff was really attentive. We ordered beef bulgogi (my friend said it was delicious) and spicy squid bibimcup (i ordered this and it is the right kind of spicy, I love it). Will definitely come back!
Die Chicken Wings im Finanzämtchen waren wirklich unglaublich lecker, aber es gibt etwas, das mich traurig gemacht hat. Die Atmosphäre war wirklich cool und wir hatten einen Tisch für 19 Uhr reserviert. Doch dann wurden wir gegen 20 Uhr gebeten, uns an die Bar zu setzen, da unser Tisch für jemand anderen reserviert wurde. Das war schwer zu verstehen, vor allem weil einige Tische leer waren. Das Essen auf Hockern an der Bar zu genießen, war ziemlich ungemütlich.
Es tut mir leid zu sagen, dass diese Erfahrung einen traurigen Beigeschmack hatte. Ich würde gerne wieder dorthin gehen, aber nur, wenn sie uns nicht erneut umsetzen. Die Chicken Wings haben definitiv Potenzial, mich glücklich zu machen. 🍗😔

I was introduced by a friend and they loved it here for the restaurant's banchan, which was to my surprise really good! The owner is also really friendly and nice.
Overall the some food was nice others was ok, not that special but if you love banchan and want to experience something more "korean" then this is the one!

最好是提前预约的韩国小酒馆，炸鸡配酒一绝。点了蜂蜜芥末味和超好吃的炒五花肉，米酒好喝有点上头。
Updating my review from a year ago. Unfortunately, the place has lowered their standards. The portions are small (had to get a sandwich later that night). The food is also lacking authentic flavour. Side dishes were very disappointing (small miso and a couple of beans) unlike in other Korean places in town. Also, I found the price to be a bit steep. The atmosphere and service were good. Table reservation highly recommended!
