Leuke cursus gehad bij Exclusive Beauty onder begeleiding van eigenaresse Carmella. Carmella is proffesioneel en weet overal wat vanaf. De cursussen zijn in een kleine groep zodat je goed geholpen wordt en vragen kunt stellen wanneer nodig. Eindresultaat op mijn model was prachtig en ik ben blij dat ik naar huis kon gaan met 2 certificaten 🤩

Poor service and extremely rude owner who showed no understanding when I tried to reschedule because of sickness. Called in the morning explaining my situation and asking for rescheduling to another free spot available. She insisted on the 24h cancellation policy which I understand, but sickness you can’t foresee 24 hours before. After asking her for any spot available she insisted on the policy and started to be rude and laugh at me by saying: “I feel like playing on repeat”. I told her I am willing to wait for long for any spot available. This 0% inflexibility to the costumer is very poor. The 90€ I had paid is just gone and I will never book at this place again. This is not how I would like to be treated as a costumer.

Jessica was great. She was very kind and neat and tried to make the whole experience as painless as possible

Vandaag heb ik een combinatie Henna Brows en Styling gevolgd het was een leerzame dag bij exclusive beauty gegeven door Carmella zelf. Ik heb veel opleidingen gevolgd het grote verschil is dat het bij exclusive beauty stap voor stap uitgelegd wordt ik heb vandaag veel geleerd dat was heel fijn. Het was een top dag bedankt Carmella en tot gauw.

She is very knowledgeable, calmly explains what she is going to do and really makes you feel comfortable. I will definitely go back to her. A good, nice and clean salon and also a very nice experience!

Svetlana created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I entered the salon. The salon itself maintains very high hygiene standards and the waxing process was the best and least painful I've ever experienced. Ik heb de cursus wenkbrauwstyling en henna gevolgd. Carmella (de eigenaresse) is een superleuke vrouw; haar passie straalt ze uit. Voor elke vraag die je stelt, heeft zij een antwoord. Tijdens de praktijk ondersteunt ze je heel goed en haar uitleg is heel duidelijk.

Vriendelijk en vakkundig personeel maar het is echter al de 2e keer dat ik om 10.00 uur een afspraak had en na een half uur wachten maar ben weggegaan voor een dichte deur...
Te laat komen kan gebeuren maar verwacht dan wel een tegenberichtje.

Very unhappy with their service. No one at the desk and not notifying they’re running late. I had an appointment from 12:50-13:10 and the wax tech came to say hi at 13:09. Costumer service unreachable. Never again.

Ze hebben mij een keer een halfuur lang laten wachten voor een afspraak. Geen fijne service.

Ik probeer steeds te bellen maar nemen niet op. Maar ze zijn fantastische dames die uitstekend hun werk doen.

Super fijne trainingen met een fijne, duidelijke uitleg waar veel ruimte is om al je vragen te kunnen stellen. Je wordt goed verzorgt en krijgt een goedgevulde starterskit, waarmee je gelijk aan de slag kunt. Exclusive Beauty, bedankt voor deze ervaring!

I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the treatment I received at the wax bar, Van Barlestraat on the (9/11). I have been a loyal customer for nearly five years, recommending your services to numerous friends, but after the horrendous encounter I had with your wax lady/receptionist, I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty.

I arrived at the salon just 5 minutes late for my appointment which I had called before to let them know that I would be late, only to be greeted by a full of attitude/rude wax lady/receptionist who clearly had no regard for customer service. Her rudeness was beyond belief, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, she immediately gave me an ultimatum, offering me only the option of a bikini wax rather than the Brazilian wax I had scheduled because her next client was in "5 minutes" which was shocking to me because how can you schedule an appointment 5 min after the next?

Her lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate a minor delay was shocking. As someone who has trusted your establishment for years, I expected a more understanding and respectful approach. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the standards of your business.

Not only after this incident I sent an email to the business and STILL NO RESPONSE! Disgusting!!!!

Bindweefselmassage was pijnlijk (omdat ik slechte stoelgang heb) maar de volgende dag zo fijn, kon goed naar het toilet, deze massage doe ik minimaal 2x per maand, een aanrader!! Daarnaast zijn ze vriendelijk, professioneel en klantgericht!

Ik heb meerdere cursussen gevolgd bij eigenaresse Carmella en ze is ontzettend goed in wat ze doet en ze doet het met heel veel passie. Je kunt ook altijd weer terecht met vragen en ze begeleiden je heel goed. Altijd helemaal tevreden!

Ik voelde me bij mijn eerste bezoekje aan haar salon al helemaal thuis! Een hele lieve en professionele dame die netjes en zorgvuldig te werk gaat.

Luistert naar je wensen, denkt mee en geeft haar eerlijke mening.

Mijn one by one wimper extensies zien er altijd goed. Ze is heel vriendelijk en heb geen klachten over hoe zij de extensies zet. Het is heel hygiënisch in de salon. Ik ga altijd met een goed gevoel weg en kom altijd terug. Raad het zeker aan, om hier langs te gaan.
