I was initially drawn in by the swanky, bright-light store facade at EyeLabs in Navi Mumbai. However, my experience quickly soured after purchasing a couple of reading glasses. Despite paying ₹3000 for them, both pairs broke within just 2-3 weeks.

When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses. First, they promised to call me back after a few days, but that call never came. Frustrated, I visited again a month later, only to be told, “too bad, buyer beware.” It’s disheartening when customer service falls short, especially considering the premium prices they charge.

In summary, I cannot recommend this shop due to their lackluster customer service and expensive prices. Buyer beware indeed!

Very good at service. They have an array of specs and shades to chose. Representatives are good at interaction, knows the customer expectations exactly. I got my order on time even in urgency, can say they are punctual.

Well spoken staff.
Provided good feedback on frames and suggested good options for the lens.

Nice shop one will get all types of stylish frames do visit once to see their wide range and collections. Very helpful and only shop in nerul which os open till late night.

Good range of collection in every type of eyewear , be it normal eyewear or sunglasses . I have been to several opticians in Nerul , this one is by far the best .
Good and patient service and they are professional and bit better trained than other eyewear dealers .

I am so done with these guys…they swiped my card twice and their machine was not working ..my amount got deducted twice 5600 ….my bank confirmed that they did receive the money …despite of sharing the transaction number they scrutinised me for my own money..THEY ASKED ME FOR MY CARD NUMBER!!!!! Even the banks don’t ask for card number to prove if I made the statement ..THEY ARE FRAUDS AND CHEATERS… I haven’t received my lenses and they have already charged me twice …never shopping again..they are highly unprofessional…

We bought a frame from espirit in Oct 2020. They didn't cut the lens properly and hence it was putting pressure on the frame cos of which frame automatically cracked from corner . On complaining the attitude of store manager was pathetic. He said there's no replacement policy.
