Antonieta was really helpful and attentive in our shopping experience. She suggested some good pieces of clothes and even help us find the right size, she was patience and kind in the whole experience. Next trip we will make our stop on the store for sure! 🫶 she also speaks Spanish in case you don’t speak English or Italian

While in Rome, I stopped at the Louis Vuitton store in the Rinscente Roma Tritone to purchase a LV wallet to go with my LV bag that I already have. Upon entering the store, I quickly noticed that there were more salespersons than customers in the store. The sales staff were huddle together talking while the few customers browsed about. As my husband and I entered the store to browse (the store was designed in a circle shape and my husband took a seat while I attempted to browse), a white female salesperson made eye contact with me but never said a word. As I started to browse at the beginning of the circular store, she proceeded to literally follow me while the other non persons of color were left to their own devices to browse at their leisure. Keep in mind the other salespeople were still huddled together talking among themselves. She non discreetly followed me as I made the complete circle within the store. Nearing the exit sign, I made eye contact with my husband to leave the store. As we were leaving, I turned to her and she gave me this dead pan glaze! Once outside the store, I looked at my husband and at the same time, we both said I think she profiled me because I was black! With all that said, I coolly walked across the aisle to the Gucci store and purchased a handbag and wallet. Upon entering the Gucci store, I made contact with a salesperson and we said our hellos and she said if I needed assistance, just let her know as she walked back to the counter to assistance with other customers!

You are not allowed to enter before the time comes. It is stipulated that it closes at 9 pm. You are not allowed to enter after 8:40. You must complain to the French headquarters. The store with the worst service

Ottima esperienza. Tutti i ragazzi sono davvero carinissimi e professionali. in particolare volevo fare un elogio a Matteo, è stato davvero molto premuroso, paziente e gentile.

Worst experience ever. The staff didn’t allow me to pay with my wife’s credit card. I have travelled the world and always paid from my wife’s CC but here they said it is not possible ( they gave me the feeling like I am a thief). Besides that they rejected few other payment methods. I wanted to pay in $ but the exchange rate su*ks. To summarize it I got a very bitter taste and I’m not sure I wanna buy any thing anymore from LV.

Three floor of products - a mix of handbags, wallets, luggage, and clothes. The prices are as expected as brand names products.

The service is extremely nice. They helped and explained about the tax refund with details. We will receive the tax refund to the account within 48 hours, but we will need to drop the stamped paperwork at the airport within 20 days; otherwise the refund will be revoked.

I went shopping on Black Friday.
I tried on my favorite outerwear, but it was bigger than what I usually wear I asked if there was anything smaller than this..
They say they don’t have any staff. I had no choice but to buy a large piece of clothing. I went shopping again in two days, and there was a small size. What happened?🥲

What a shame on this LV store, customer must beg for samples after buying a fragrance. Go learn from Cartier and Bvlgari how generous they are with free samples. This bad experience makes me reconsider if I should buy again from LV.

Buongiorno, sono sta in questo negozio per comprare un paio di scarpe. Purtroppo dopo 15 gg mi si sono rotte le scarpe che ho acquistato e sono rimasta negativamente colpita dall'atteggiamento della proprietaria. Ha tentato in tutti i modi di far ricadere su di me la responsabilità della rottura delle scarpe con storie fantasiose. Mi ha fatto tornare ben 4 volte al suo negozio, nonostante io viva dall'altra parte di Roma tendando di aggiustarle. Io credo che possa succedere che un paio di scarpe siano fallate, avrei gradito delle scuse e il cambio delle stesse alla prima telefonata, le scarpe si usano per camminare e se si rompono usandole dopo 15 gg credo sia cortese cambiarle e scusarsi per l'accaduto, anche perchè non costano poco. Ormai il modo gira al contrario, chi ha torto cerca di far ricadere sugli altri le proprie mancanze. Non tornerò mai più in questo negozio.

Sono stata servita dal signor Edoardo , devo dire una persona educatissima , cortese e disponibile. Io solitamente ho difficoltà a trovare delle scarpe adeguate ai miei piedi un pochino “problematici “ ma grazie ad Edoardo sono riuscita nell’intento. Lo consiglio vivamente e tornerò sicuramente da lui per le prossime stagioni.

Negozio fantastico. Abbigliamento e calzature sempre di ottima qualità. Molta scelta nei modelli sia sulle calzature di pelle sia su quelle in ecopelle. Si ha sempre la possibilità di scegliere in base alle proprie esigenze di tasca . Edoardo poi è sempre molto gentile e paziente consigliandoti per il meglio.
Tornerò sicuramente.

He even sneered when I was checking my product and he said it is new one! but it has some proplem.

Sulla griffe nulla da dire. Peccato che lo show room in Rinascente non sia all'altezza. Personale sicuramente molto gentile ma totalmente disorganizzato. Insomma... un brand così potrebbe fare di meglio.

Il negozio è molto fornito, si possono trovare quasi tutti i modelli di scarpe, vedono sia uomo che donna, rapporto qualità prezzo per me ottima! Mi ha servito un ragazzo Edoardo molto gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio come posto

Sono stata nel punto vendita Dior ( piano terra) in Rinascente durante il ponte di Ognissanti, sono stata servita da un commesso che si è subito mostrato indisponente e arrogante e che alla mia seconda domanda su una borsa esposta mi ha liquidato con una risposta in cui mi ha fatto capire che se volevo acquistare avrebbe continuato a farmi vedere la borsa altrimenti sarei anche potuta andare via , preciso che tutto questo è successo sotto l’occhio vigile dei suoi colleghi/e
Onestamente è inaccettabile che un addetto alle vendite si rivolga in questo modo a una cliente , quindi sono profondamente delusa

La signora non mi ha cambiato un paio di scarpe il giorno dopo che le ho comprate, per mio errore di valutazione troppo strette e con cui ho camminato - in casa - 30 secondi per verificare che effettivamente lo fossero. Ha sostenuto fosse 'poco serio' per lei rivenderle perché la suola era consumata. Ha pure avuto la faccia tosta di provare a vendermene un altro paio.

Consiglio vivamente di andare altrove.

It doesnt sell all the clothes categories (for example you can find there belts but cant find there bikinis) but if you walk 10minutes theres another LV store which sells the rest

Mi occorreva una scarpa elegante da abbinare per un vestito. Su consiglio di mia madre, già cliente del negozio, sono andato da Pavoncello con la speranza di trovare un modello che andasse bene. E così è stato: ampia scelta di modelli, scarpe di qualità ma soprattutto la pazienza di Edoardo, nel consigliarmi per il meglio.
Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!
