Very nice restaurant with a wonderful garden inside. Great food and team. Recommendation

One of the best restaurants in Ruettenacheid..

Unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences we've had. Arrived at 7.40 and received menus pretty quickly. Then about half an hour to take our order including drinks. About half an hour later our drinks arrived. Half an hour after this we ordered more drinks no food had arrived yet. Half an hour later we were brought bread as an apology for the food being delayed. At this point nearly all the tables in our room had paid and left, it was very obvious we had no food. We eventually asked a different waitor who said there had been a mess up and our food was being started. He at this point offered us some cheese and meat which came quickly. The rest of the meal ended up arriving over 2 and a half hours after we arrived and we ate at 20 past 10. The food was not worth the wait.

We at no point were annoyed with the wait staff but felt that other than the cheese and meat there wasn't much done to apologise, like offering to give us our drinks especially as we only ordered the second lot as we'd been waiting for 2 hours.

Would not recommend.

Surely the most "Tasteless" Tapas I've tried! You don't need to be Spanish to be totally disappointed by the Resturant.

Waitresses doesn't really care and just doing their duties like a nice Machine!

Vibe and location of course is the positive sides.
But you can find much better Tapas bar in Essen.

Food is great and the ambiance is lovely! We enjoyed the olives 🙂.

Almost as good as Odyssia, but not quite. Lovely tapas place that also features main courses. I recommend the espinacas con gambas as a starter. Then, follow it up with the salmon con gambas. Delicious from start to finish.

Awesome and authentic Tapas. I’m in love with that place, staff and food.

Selection of Tapas are blasting your mind without being fancy and not authentic. You’ll find all Tapas as you’ll find them on vacation in Spain.

My favorite tapas place in the rhein/ruhr area
Very good tapas choice. Food is good quality and not too pricey. The staff is nice and friendly. Only small deficit: it can get quite loud inside in the evenings.
