There was a price on Google of $63.99 and when I went to the store the in store price was $79.99. When I emailed Rebel sport I was told it was Googles error!! Then by complete coincidence the Google price was miraculously updated. Bad enough that they didn’t update the Google price but to try and blame google seriously does anyone believe that Google sets prices on Rebel Sports websites???

Amazing customer service only store in nz that had a 17 and 18. Abit pricey but good quality shoes. Will definitely be going back if in need of big shoes.

Was in there today to buy football boots providing great help trying them on.
Unfortunately, not completely honest with answering my questions on whether boots were for soft or firm ground. Felt like he was telling me what I wanted to hear to rush through a sale.
I questioned the price on the pair I was most likely going to but as they were $100 more than other retailers. They got offended that I check prices on line, became very rude and obnoxious. A very unpleasant experience and made to feel very unwelcome in their shop. I will never be back.

Amazing service! The staff were very helpful & welcoming. They went above and beyond to help me find the item I was desperately searching for (a pair of white Nike Air Max’s W US 6.5 held under Laura). The exceptional female staff member a got on the other end of the phone proactively searched the whole store tirelessly, with no hesitation or complaints until she found the last pair in my size in showing in store. Then kindly offered to hold it for me, while I made way from the otherside of Auckland to come collect them. I was blown away with her service and efforts! As it’s almost impossible to people that actually genuinely want to help you in retail these days. PLEASE find out who this wonder women was and offer her a pay-rise. Hell she definitely deserves it! She’s a huge asset to your company and you need to keep her on ; )

Wow, what a stellar performance by Torpedo7!

So, I decided to grace them with my order a whole month ago for an e-scooter that, according to them, was lounging around in their oh-so-abundant stock. But oh, when I reached out to the store after patiently counting down 21 days, they hit me with the classic "we're swamped, can't be bothered" line.

And here I am, still waiting, because apparently, ita fun for them. I even tried the old customer care hotline, only to be told, "Sorry, the store's the only one who can save you now."

All three staff I spoke to were very helpful and happy, but Luke went above and beyond to help track down bodyboards and fix an online order that had gone wrong. His knowledge of the T7 systems made things sooo much easier!!! Full marks to the team at Westgate. Great service

Purchased new togs here - staff so friendly and helpful. Nice vibe and folk always came up to offer a hand in the various sections but weren’t overbearing or pushy. Good layout of items and fun to browse

Purchased 2 Ebikes from them. 1 from Westgate and 1 from Albany (in stock). After Albany forgot to do the final check on the bike, Aedrian at Westgate was super helpful and said he can do it for us. 100% can recomend Torpedo 7 Westgate. Ask for Aedrian, he will sort you out.

Purchased my electric bike at Torpedo7 Westgate, and they’ve been taking excellent care of me. Shoutout to Cullen, the bike service adviser, for a fantastic job! Really happy with their service. 👍

Would not even give this company a 1 star! We have to order our rugby gear through here and have been waiting over 3 months for it to arrive and the season has already started! Have emailed once to be told we would finally have it this week never showed up and now no reply to emails. Terrible customer service and a don't care attitude!
