Bought a pair of Nike shoes for work for $200+ they felt like they sunk within a week and felt like the sponge/cushion was not the same as when I first bought them. I took it back in 11 days they didn't accept refund said as they were worn. I was really upset nonetheless I kept the shoe. Now its been less than 2 months and the shoe fabric on the top is tearing. I work a standing job and don't use the shoe for any other activity. I took the shoe back and requested a refund and the manager said it was over 30 days so they couldn't accept it and said it was normal wear and tear. She also said she remembered me from the last time I came in I mentioned why didn't you accept my refund the first time within 30 days and mentioned my issues. She said because the shoe was worn. I asked a simple question "If I buy a shoe and wear it and come back within a week something to return it if something is wrong would you accept the refund?" Her response was ""no since you have worn them we can't accept refund even something is faulty"" This is their policy. I literally laughed this is messed up so I have to chase the manufacturer and they provided no email or details to chase up Nike. I have not had this problem with other stores when I have had to return shoes JDs policy is absolutely garbage, I will never shop there again and recommend people also not to shop there.
