Our family had lunch here. The food was good. Especially korean corner, a friendly lady and the pop chicken was good.

Nice shopping centre, very artistic and inspiring, not many shops around , but enough for a basic shopping session.

It’s such a beautiful mall but I’m devastated that the Zara has closed. Why is this mall failing it should be bustling.

Famous brands such as "Guess", "Hugo Boss", "Armani", "Replay", "G-Star" and "Levi's" It has a place in itself. Also, this shopping center has the largest food court in Berlin. You can complete your shopping experience from this complex by visiting Berlin's historical attractions such as the Jewish Memorial, Sony Center and the Brandenburg Gate.

Leider total unübersichtlich, man kann nirgends sehen wo welches Geschäft ist Beide Rolltreppen funktionierten nicht und die Aufzüge sind ziemlich versteckt.
Die Toiletten waren verschmutzt und es roch äußerst unangenehm.

Classy and elegant shopping center in Berlin, the zoo windows is great. The architecture os the star here, seem from 60’s with some modern touch.

Compared to Arcades of yesteryear, it's pretty empty... In terms of gastronomy, there is a good selection of slow food, mainly Asian cuisine, in the basement and ground floor.

We visited this place with kids on 23rd of December, was not really fool, we liked it. Lots of stores for everyone taste

Eigentlich eine Lokation die mindestens einen Stern mehr verdient, aber leider außer der schönen Architektur nicht viel los dort unten. Wenn 2024 das Kaufhaus La Fayette schließt wir es wahrscheinlich noch trostloser werden.

Q: How many months does it take to fix a broken esclator?
A: apparently 3+ months cuz our management at Alexa is incompetent.

We do our grocery shopping at Alexa and the escalator going up from EDEKA to the first floor has not been working since 3+ months. The management team should resign in shame.

A trendy shopping centre with a rooftop hotel that does fantastic cocktails. The mall also has views of the zoo (for free!) and has relaxing areas to have a coffee or food

Kind of works for getting shopping list done. Overall a more soulless, depressive mood and a big missed opportunity, in terms of urban planning!

A place worth visiting even if you don't buy something!!! Cute Christmas decorations like lights and huge presents stacked and also a slide from third floor to the first! (With a small line but who wouldn't want to just slide right down instead of the escalators. Also nice but more expensive stores like Hollister and beautiful but a bit hard to find places as it's so big.

The Italian ice cream shop is very excellent and the employees are nice and I see that they are one team and they work cheerfully. The cream, and green tea and coffee were very excellent.. The place is quiet and relaxing

A little small for a mall by modern standards and high percentage of high end shops but a pleasant place to shop. Plenty of food and drink available on the upper floor with the famous view over the zoo

Great shopping centre. We discovered it on our last day in Berlin and spent most of the morning there shopping. Good layout, great dining options. A special shout out to the lovely lady in the confection shop/post office on the ground floor by the car park entrance.

I visited couple of malls in Berlin but the Mall of Berlin is one of my favourite so far in all. There’re many brands stores as well as food hall, kids toy stores and many more. Even kids toy stores level is interesting as it has a slide from top floor to ground floor. It has been beautifully decorated because of Xmas on its way. If your there the have fun 😜👍

Nice place to hang out can be busy at times but we'll worth it watching the world go by

Like any other mall , its great for retail therapy. Its a huge shopping centre where you will find anything and everything. The upper floor has a food court as well with the variety of food to choose from. The national Bank Sparkasse is there as well . We parked there as its pretty centrally located to most sites and its about €20 per day which is common in most parking lots. Its a good and safe place to park and then get around the sights as well as shop. 👍👍👍

We came here (as tourists) for Sunday shopping as it was the only mall in Berlin stating online they work Sundays. We had to cross half the city to arrive and realized then that only their food court is open. Very very misleading as we lost a lot of time and energy to come there.

The food court is really big and spacious but they don’t have any good dessert options.

All in all, epic fail.

Alexa mall is very famous for shopping you can buy electronic items, clothes, groceries, gifts, coffee, bowling, food court and much more.

A huge modern mall built with excellent design and user friendly facilities.

Has umpteen number of shops,well decorated,selling a variety of products.

A very busy place,well connected by trains and I liked the place.

Had been to this place during my Europe Tour.

A charming, compact shopping arcade with a beautiful green space and a fountain on the central island, along with a small pedestrian zone. Parking is available in the underground garage. In Prager Passage, you'll find everything you need for your weekend shopping or other necessities. It boasts an Aldi, Edeka, bakery, butcher, Turkish delicacies, a drugstore, a pharmacy, a magazine, newspaper and lottery store, and a variety of dining options. I really like it and it's worth checking out.

Zwei Supermärkte🏢🛒,(Penny und Rewe);und ein überteuertes Restaurant🍱🍜und ein Tee-Laden🍵im Untergeschoss und oben gibt's 'nen kleinen Zeitschriften 📰📚//Lotto🔮/Tabak-Laden🚬und noch ein paar andere,allerdings recht uninteressante😒🙄Läden und zwischendurch stehen Bänke🙃,wo man sich ausruhen kann☺️😁😅😌!

Much bigger than it looks. The food court is large, with plenty to choose from. There is a large selection of shops from clothes shops to toy shops, souvenir shops to shoe shops, from high end to lower end. Loses a star because the toilet was difficult to find and they try to charge you to use them.

Average food place.. service must be upgraded.. not recommended 😕!!

Einfach nur traurig.
Hut ab, die Security ist auf Zack und bewacht penibel - und das ist kein Scherz! - das kein einziges Foto von der wirklich einzigartigen Innenarchitektur gemacht wird oder jemals veröffentlich wird. Sie bekommt 5 Sterne und die Innenarchitektur auch. Aber der Sinn ist verfehlt wenn ich Angst habe dort hinzugehen wenn ich nur mein Handy aus der Tasche ziehe. Klar der Leerstand von fast 100 % darf unter keinen Umständen ans Tageslicht kommen. Deshalb macht einen großen Bogen um dieses Haus, denn bloßes schauen ist sicher auch fast verboten.

Fotos aus oben genannten Gründen können zu dieser Rezession nicht angehängt werden, ich könnte schauen ob ich noch analoges Filmmaterial habe wo der Bär noch steppte und Werbung für das Center noch möglich war.

Anmerkung:
"Traurig" meine ich gar nicht mal so sehr im Zustand des Leerstandes oder ähnliches sondern auch vielmehr am Verhalten des Centermanagement die die Zeichen der aktuellen Zeit nicht erkennen. Denn auch dieser Leerstand birgt wahnsinniges Potential. Dieser "Raum" dort könnte z.b. der "neue" Hotspot für Influencer/Künstler/Fotografen und Co -(oder sonst wem - seit doch KREATIV!) sein.

Traurig liebes Management das sie keinerlei Sinn für Management haben. Das tut schon richtig weh. Zudem beobachte ich dies natürlich nicht nur in ihrem Center.

Aber was solls macht weiterso und der Abrissbagger steht vielleicht noch nicht heute Vormittag vor der Tür (wegen evt. Kleber-Stau) aber sicher zum Ende des Nachmittags.

-Diese Bewertung bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf den Bereich des "Schwarz-Weiß"-gemusterten Centerbereich 206. Oder einfach in der Fotografier-Verbots-Zone des Centers. Aber im anderen Bereich fühlte ich mich (danach) ja dementsprechend auch sehr unwohl.

Das Quatier 205 in der Friedrichstraße 67-70 hat eine formschöne, gelungene Architektur mit 13 Geschossen, davon 9 überirdisch und 4 unterirdisch, hier Büroeinheiten, Wohneinheiten, Handel-und Gastronomie, sowie 2 Tiefgaragenebenen, außerdem Zugang zum Quatier 206 und Geleries Lafayette.
Ein Besuch lohnt sich hier immer!

The coffee is nice, the view at the Kudamm is nice. The rest not so much. It is always crowded, there are no chairs, but stools, so it is not comfortable; practically, you go for a quick coffee, which I don't like, coffee is time to relax and enjoy. So...

Cool mall located just beside the Berlin Zoo. Lots of interesting clothing shops and a food area at the top level. There is an area with comfortable seats where you can see the monkeys in the zoo.There is also an electronics store at the ground floor.

Grande centro commerciale con negozi, quelli aperti, molto lussuosi. Un supermercato molto fornito da un capo e dall'altro capo un supermercato-ristorante , nel mezzo un bar con salottino e lungo la galleria negozi un po' insolti. La cosa curiosa di qst centro è che si allunga tramite una galleria nel sottosuolo da un numero civico all'altro. Camminando all'interno si entra da un punto e si esce da un'altro. Noi l'abbiamo visitato nel periodo di Natale, x cui addobbi, colori, e strenne.

The mall which can only exist in Berlin! Some global brands on the ground floor, local designers on the first floor, not cheap, and not always something that you can wear in many places not called Berlin, but definitely worth checking out.
Food court is amazing and I believe it is completely unique in the mall category.
Super high quality great food huge selection and almost every place has vegan options.
So hard to choose!
