Q: How many months does it take to fix a broken esclator?
A: apparently 3+ months cuz our management at Alexa is incompetent.

We do our grocery shopping at Alexa and the escalator going up from EDEKA to the first floor has not been working since 3+ months. The management team should resign in shame.

Great shopping centre. We discovered it on our last day in Berlin and spent most of the morning there shopping. Good layout, great dining options. A special shout out to the lovely lady in the confection shop/post office on the ground floor by the car park entrance.
