Jaime Oliver should be so proud of this location. Overpriced pizza and drinks…. However the staff here are awesome given the circumstances!
The location is very nice, nearby are differents restaurants and it’s near the Rhein River.
You feel warm welcomed by the employees.
The lobby is a bit our of time and needs to be renovated.
We had a good time and will come back for our next trip to Düsseldorf.
I get that this is a restaurant inside an airport but 18.10 EUR for a quite small salad and a juice feels too much.

The actual taste of the salad was then not bad and the juice was actually good but still not worth that cost.

I found the staff to be nice and supportive of my inability to speak a single word of German.
Gerne wieder.
Comfortable hotel, large rooms, friendly service and good accommodations. The hotel is located in Mediahafen, a very typical neighbourhood. About 30 minutes walk from city center (quite nice in summer along the Rhein).
There's an underground parking at the hotel but during the weekend, you can park for free in some streets around the hotel.
Best Italian pizza in Düsseldorf, thin crust, not overloaded with salt. Very good choice for wine. Better to book in advance.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend checking out their MittagsKarte. It offers a great selection of high-quality food at affordable prices. Enjoy! 😉

The shift manager went out of his way to prepare me a hot tea as I was sick.
Very atmospheric place. Incredibly good food. The chef is a great dude. The waiter service is very friendly.
Best breakfast in Düsseldorf.

That’s just it. If you are looking for something more than bread and milchkaffe, you should look no further.

Fantastic cosy atmosphere, light jazz on the background, the warm lighting, boxes with champagne - it’s all here.

And food itself is freshly made with good ingredients and love.
Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was of a very good size and very comfortable. Area surrounding the hotel - fantastic. Plenty of places to eat, plenty of places to walk around. Easy to use public transport as well. Definitely recommend and I would be staying here again!
If you are in Düsseldorf looking for breakfast, you must come to Restaurant Schwarzes Meer. This restaurant has great ambiance, service, and food.

We highly recommend the Kuymak and the Menemen plate. You get as much black tea as you can drink and plenty of delicious warm bread to go with your breakfast.

We arrived at 9:00 on a Sunday morning and we were shockingly the only patrons. Shocking because this may be the best breakfast in Düsseldorf and nobody seems to have noticed yet. We'll be eating here every time we visit Düsseldorf.
Brot sehr gut, Dip fade.
We enjoyed eating out here, the food was delicious, the interior decoration was great. However, prices are really high. for instance, we asked for a hot sauce side dish, which was charged at €5.90. And be aware there will be a 3.50 surcharge for service. I would’ve rated with five stars, if the prices were more in line with comparable restaurants.
Also, the restaurant was near empty when we got in, even so we were assigned their last free table, or at least that was what they said. When we finished up, the restaurant was still equally empty, and in the meantime, several people had been sent away.
The Turkish restaurant was amazing! The food was delicious, especially the fish. The service was great too!
Unexpected surprise to light on such hidden gem in the streets of downtown Dusseldorf! Upon entering the restaurant, one will immerse immediately into the authentic look and feel of warm turkish hospitality and service I know from travels to the country.
Gentle music plays in the background and doesn't impede the dinner atmosphere with good conversation at the table.

I opted for Adana Kebab with a glass of their "Black Sea" red wine.
They started serving us amuse guele of some fresh bread and a plate of olives. The meal itself tasted great, fresh and the food seemed good quality.
Even though the restaurant was full, staff managed to be around with a smile for any extra orders.
At the end, the owner brought as a plate with three petit turkish sweets (in the picture) as an invitation on the house. What a wonderful finish!

Can't wait to be back to this place!

So konnte man vieles probieren.
Magical Turkish breakfast with blacksea aromas is getting better with the company of freshly baked breads and limitless black tea..
Super polnisches Restaurant in Düsseldorf.

Man sollte vorher reservieren.

Waren schon sehr oft dort. Damals waren die Portionen noch größer. Jedes Mal einfach lecker.
Molto gustosi.
Personale gentile e molto presente.
Prezzi adeguati.
Veey slow workers at the register...seemed like 1 didnt know what she was doing. Slice of pizza and a small bottle of water cost over 12 euros. 2 locations in airport.
I had dry french fries and bratwurst with Michelin Star restaurant prices over here.
This pizzeria recommended to me by an Italian family who lives in Düsseldorf.

In order to make a review I think it is necessary to review the genaral Italian cuisine in Düsseldorf. I guess the city doesn’t have a large Italian community as in many southern german cities, which is causing a lack of competition for Italian restaurants.

This pizzeria would be considered nothing special in an Italian City, however definitely above average in Düsseldorf.

If you like napolitana style pizza like me, this place would not meet your expectations. The dough of the pizza is crispy and thin. If you enjoy such pizzas, you can give a try.

Italian family owners and Italian waiters are very friendly and definitely adding a value to the restaurant.
Very, very good bistro. Never bettered at any airport I have visited , and seldom equalled. Added to the food quality was a friendly and personable counter service and clean bright décor. A rare travelling pleasure. Thank you!
I was pretty satisfied with this food. The brat was delicious and so was my soup. There were other things that probably wouldn't have been good, but I didn't order them. Ha ha
This is the cozy little bar/ bistro. It nestled in the corner of this little section of a B73 to B80, which wonderfully incorporates the local elements and basically two bars on either side. The little deli in the middle is nicely done. This place offers fast and friendly service in decent prices especially especially, considering it's in an airport.
Nothing special honestly. When we saw 4.5 stars in Google reviews, we thought it's great and went there. Having lived in Germany for 17 years already and experienced hundreds of pizzeria, we were truly not impressed at all. The salsiccia salami was just ok and nothing special. We have had so many nicer salsiccias everywhere in Germany and Italy so this was just ok. Also my pizza was nothing special. In fact they didn't even cook the salami eith the pizza. They put the salami on top after the pizza was cooked. Either they forgot and added it later or this is their style and it's just not good. I like the salami to be cooked and crispy. And worst of all the cheese was not mozzarella. It was some cheap cheese. And the price is 12 euros. Which is incredibly high for these low quality ingredients. I ordered spaghetti bolognese for my son and this was very tasty. But spaghetti was not aldente. It was almost too much cooked. And I ordered a mixed salad. It came with tons of creamy green sauce. I asked if they can change it and they said no and i should have told before. So not a friendly service at all. In the menu it doesnt say that it comes with tons of sauce over it. The salad was literally soaked and swimming in the sauce. All in all, we paid 50 euros for 2 pizzas, 1 spaghetti, 1 salad and 3 drinks. Very expensive in German standards for a low quality pizza. Normally you pay 5 euros for this kind of pizza. We will never go here again. Dont be fooled with the high ratings. I am giving 1 star only.
4 courses menu: Soup, peking duck, duck confit with vegetables, friend banana & ice-cream. Nice staff & the peking duck is great! (which is hard to find in Düsseldorf)! :) if you want to order these 4 courses menu, you need to call and make an order at least 1 day before. price: approx 24€ per person w/o drinks
Cozy eatery with ample seating in an open area concept. The food looks tasty and is freshly and quickly made. It is inside an airport after all so expect elevated pricing. The pizza was 6,90. But for a cozy spot to relax before a flight it could be worth the price!
