Rang for a quote on an iPhone 12 mini battery replacement and they said £40. Got to shop and they said £50 so went to Phone Plus few doors down who had quoted £45 on the phone and didn't change the price in the shop :)
Edit: in reply to the owner’s reply, I’m sorry if it was a genuine mistake. I didn’t intend to come across as being inconsiderate in the review.
After I told the shop assistant that I was quoted £40 earlier on the phone, he phoned the ‘boss’ I believe, after which he said it was £50. I’m not angry or trying to be nasty but giving 5 stars wouldn’t be true.
