Great little theatre. It’s very intimate due to its size, but there are seats that only have a partial view of the stage, which can be a little annoying. Saw a very entertaining show, and if that is the standard, it’s probably worth going more regularly. A reasonable proficiency in German would be required to really enjoy the shows.

Nice cosy place, with a very different German atmosphere than what you find in the normal Cologne beer houses. Service was friendly and efficient, but the food was so-so. I ordered the crispy pork roast, which was far from crispy, and mostly dry. Should probably rather have selected one of the many schnitzel options on the menu.

Great little museum that welcomes you into the world of perfumes, and more specifically the first (and real) eau de cologne. Over weekends you get a guided tour by Giovanni Maria Farina himself, which is most informative. The only disappointment was that there is no real time to look at and read the displays, as the tour moved very swiftly. Well worth a visit, but don’t forget to book ahead of time, as the groups are small and easily booked out.

Great museum. We were there during the winter station, which meant it was very busy, but everyone seemed to have lots of fun.
