Bought a pair of trousers that was labled 39.99. However when I went to pay for it I was charged 45.99. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me it is not her fault that it is labled wrong. What terrible customer service.!! I asked for a refund out of principle as she refused to give it to me for the labled price. If it is not the store 's fault then whose is it? You should train your staff on customer service. There is always a way to make it up to the client. You advertise that price then that is the price you should charge. Will never support you again.
