The museum is small but gave a good overview of Amsterdam's history.
My husband enjoyed it more than I did. I found the audio guide a little annoying that I had to hold it up to my ear like a phone. I prefer when they are hands free.
There was ab amazing view of the canal from the ladies toilets and the surrounding area was beautiful.

Beautiful old train station with a lot of character and charm.
What's not to love about the Ivy! Food, service and ambiance were all incredible.
We dined with a party of 6 and the prices were very very reasonable for London. The set price menu is such great value!
Portions were generous in size and our waiter had a great sense of humour.
The real surprise came from the ladies bathroom which is downstairs from the main restaurant. While the gentleman's is unremarkable, ours was simply stunning. Check out the bathroom pics!

A special treat for our very short stay in London. This is the first time we have seen a theatre show in London and we absolutely loved it.
We were staying at the Savoy, so it was literally a one minute walk under the sheltered walkway (it was raining).
We saw Plaza Suite. I am not a Sarah Jessica Parker fan and haven't watched her in any movies, but fell in love with her portray of characters in this very funny and entertaining play.
My favourite was the second act.
We had middle seats in row J and they were perfect. My only criticism was that the theatre was incredibly hot and stuffy. Others around us were also complaining. I only had a cotton dress on and my husband had pants and a linen shirt. We were both sweating!

This would have to be one of the most architecturally beautiful shopping centres I have ever been to.
We travelled all the way to the 7th floor and admired the beauty from above.
A great range of middle to high end stores.
We went at 8pm on a Saturday night and it was not very busy.
There are even common spaces with seating where you can sit, relax and take it all in.
It attracts a crowd of beautifully dressed people and we really enjoyed it here.
