Was a bit nervous for this appointment because I only know the very basic spanish and had to have my passport renewed + Reading the bad reviews only made me dread my appointment date. But surprisingly everyone was nice and helpful! My appointment was 10:45 but I arrived early at 10:30 yet they let me in right away. The gentleman on desk 2 who accommodated me was very lovely, and kind! Smiled and said “that’s okay” when I said I couldn’t speak spanish. I was done by 10:50! Service was quick and hassle free!
