Amazing castle right at the centre of the old town - large defensive walls, cobblestone entrance with several gates. Entry in free, however, some places are locked off. Definitely worth climbing up and enjoying the views.

Beautiful roman catholic church right near the Marienplatz. It's constructed in a red brick Gothic style. Entry is free to view, lots to see inside.

Beautiful church - so much detail in every little corner. Entry is free, typically no line - it is gated at the entrance, so you won't be able to get too close to the alter, but definitely worth a visit to see all the intricacies of the church. Usually you have someone playing the organs.

Beautiful old town hall right by the Marienplatz - it's a white gothic styled building connected to a clock tower. There's several of openings to walk through. The town hall itself is a museum with some very interesting things inside.

Nymphenburg Palace park is vast - plenty of different buildings, gardens, trails, streams, and animals to see. The exquisite composition of formal garden elements and English-style country park is considered a masterpiece of garden design and the spacious complex of palace and park has always been a popular attraction for local residents and tourists alike.
