Very Unique view setting, apartments very spacious and have even 3 bedrooms + maids room.
The Address Apartments located very near to all main hotel facilities.

We took a two bed apartment, beautiful sea view, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. Was perfect for us.

Our stay at Address Beach Resort was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing staff and their commitment to unparalleled customer service. Special thanks to Abdul, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. He kept our glasses filled without us even needing to ask and provided us with 100% attention throughout our meal. The dedication of the entire team at the resort is commendable, and they made sure that nothing was too much trouble for us. We're already looking forward to our next visit, eager to experience the same level of hospitality once again. Address Beach Resort has set the bar high for customer service in the hospitality industry. Highly recommended!

One of the best places in downtown if you are looking for a nice hotel with the burj view
prices can be a bit over the top, but for a nice occasion like anniversary or else, it’s so nice to got a nice room in front of the burj.
Services and rooms were on spot.
A very satisfied guest 1st time to stay hotel the room was nice I really like it location is very awesome affordable price in this place and I would like to thank juber from house keeping department his very nice and accommodating to the guest provide the needs so that guest will satisfied 🥰🥰recommendable to hospitality department!

Just came from an event to have breakfast, and I have to say that I appreciate the staff, including Alex Molatte for welcoming me and becoming friendly almost immediately. They always ask me what I want and need, which I appreciate.
I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, I booked my stay from agoda . Honestly i was not happy with my stay, i checked in and even after 8 hr from my chekin time my room was not ready. Not only that when i checked in they gave me a different room n 12 in the morning when i got back to the hotel my key was not working only to know that my room was changed. And when we got in the room , it was not cleaned properly and the washroom was stinking. Their buffet breakfast bearly had any decent option , the bread was too dry, the fried egg was cold , honestly its not wht they show in pictures on the websites… over all it was not a good expernice.
My worst stay in a Dubai so far. I have stayed in a multiple hotels here but it is the first and only, which I wanted to leave already on the first day.

In a nutshell: Worst service, longest waiting and a scratched car!

Firstly, the check-in process, while executed by courteous staff, took an inordinate amount of time. One would expect a smoother and swifter experience from a 5-star establishment.

Small thing, but: during the check-in I got my passport back assuming to also have my husband's ID inside. Well, it wasn't. As later we got a call in a form: "You forgot your documents, please come downstairs".

By the poolside, I was disappointed by the strict policies in place. Despite many non-hotel guests instantly walking in and freely taking photos (that was indeed disturbing), my simple request to bring an additional person to my sunbed (so that I could finish my drink) was declined. Therefore I had to dress up and move to the restaurant area, literally one meter away. Such rigidity seems misaligned with the flexibility and accommodation one would anticipate from a luxury hotel.

The valet parking was quite a challenge. Waiting upwards of 20 minutes every single time I required my vehicle is far from the premium experience I had envisioned. And when I asked for a taxi the other time, the guy just forgot about my request, so I had to deal with finding a car myself.

Cherry on top: I have found a big fat scratch on my car rim after using the local valet service!

Another cherry on top - we were charged 2 times.

Calling the hotel today took me 3 min till someone answered the call. 3 min hanging on the line of a 5 star hotel!
Then some waiting on hold as the system wasn't working.
In the end, an excuse due to a system error and promise to return the money. Of course, its always a system error or an e-mail accidentally going to spam folder.

I am very disappointed with the level of service this has come to. I have requested a premium room with a special birthday arrangement only to be checked in into a room with cigarette smell. I’ve called to replace it and it took forever. This is so inconvenient and not up to the (the address and Emaar) code. It is not what I paid for.

You’ve got to start making changes ASAP.

I am attaching the “birthday arrangement” that I found in my smelly room!! Very disappointing!
