I've searched around London for the best sourdough bread -- Artisan Bakery has my vote! I appreciate the "vintage loaf" option to purchase loaves from the day before for a cheaper price. It helps make sourdough bread (that we feel better about eating) more financially accessible for my family. In addition to the bread, the almond croissants and morning buns are delicious! Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. There has been two times that I've gone in and noticed them serving someone who appeared to be experiencing homelessness. Artisan Bakery provided them with food and safe space while treating them in a way that upheld the person's dignity. Great job Artisan Bakery!

I love subway but after eating my sandwich from this store I regret.
I did online order with grilled and toasted but it was not there when I called to them they replied very rudely that sorry store was busy.
Moreover they did not read full order I specifically mention par-mason cheese salt and paper but they didn’t added because store was busy.
Main thing when I picked up my food only one customer was there. So store was not busy I have seen busy store with good service.

Maybe it's because the cost has increased now, but there are very few vegetables in the entire sub, half less than usual. Very disappointed

Worst subway experience ever. They put very least amount of stuff into the subway as if it seems they are giving something out of pocket. Even when there are good tomato slices in the basket, the lady put in effort to find the smallest piece for my sandwich. When I asked for extra crispy onion, she said she won't be able to close it, as if crispy onion takes a lot of volume in the sandwich. She needa learn to close the sandwich if she doesn't know. Who are you saving the food for?? To take home in the evening? I have had subway in the past, not my first time. I had the worst experience from here.

I had ordered a veggie delight at subway and when I started eating, I saw it had hair in it, even though, the time by then was 5:58 PM and they were supposed to close by 6:00 PM, they denied making me a new sandwich and were like we can’t make a new bread and can refund you. The Gujarati girl working there was having really bad attitude as she was the one who made my bread and I saw her removing something when she was making it but I didn’t know what it actually was. She was in so hurry into close the store that she neglected it. It is not acceptable behaviour at all.

It is about our experience with the extremely rude staff, who are not only impatient and impolite to kids and adults alike. Two out of the three staff were horrible to my family because our son was taking time to decide between a sandwich and burger.

kids facing such terrible behavior is truly unacceptable. If you don't like your job, find one elsewhere. Being in customer service and not knowing how to treat kids who have questions about their choices at your food counter is the worst level of service.

In a food court. Really good restaurant tho. No parking because it’s in a food court but the employees are really nice, fast, helpful and efficient. The food was made with fresh ingredients and the sandwiches were ready really quickly. A really great subway location. Food were worth the price. Would go again. Ingredients are fresh and a lot of choices of ingredients. There are also a lot of sauce options.

À 18h, j'ai demandé une soupe. On m'a répondu qu'il n'y en avait plus depuis le matin!!! Est-ce que ça veut dire qu'il n'y en avait pas de la journée? Car qui mange de la soupe pour déjeuner???

Les employés ferment les lumières du magasin un peu AVANT la fermeture pour indiquer que c'est fermé mais c'est pas le cas. J'arrive à 8h45 et le restaurant ferme à 9h mais ils ne veulent plus servir à ce temps là donc ils font semblant d'être fermé en fermant les lumières lol

Bonjour Melissa a été votre meilleur employé et gérante que vous avez eu elle a commencé à 15 ans à travaillé pour vous elle s est donné corp et âme vous êtes obligé de lui faire une belle lettre de référence car s est dévoué pour ce travail et elle a tout donné jusqu'à la fin je M attend a cela de votre part

Service pourri à chaque fois que j’y vais! Je vais aller à Varennes dorénavant! Les employés n’ont aucun respect envers la clientèle! Ils ne viennent pas servir et se cachent dans la cuisine! Une seule serveuse malgré le fait qu’il y avait au moins 10 clients! Deux employés cachés dans la cuisine, elle essaie de le dire de venir servir! La seule serveuse se fâche contre ses collègues devant tous les clients finalement un des deux employés finit par sortir et venir aider avec un air bête! La seule serveuse qui travaillait nous sert avec un crop top! Assez ordinaire! 😳 et elle cumule les commandes réalisées à la caisse pour tout faire payer les clients en même temps! Un client lui dit que sa façon de procéder ne fonctionne pas! SVP surveillez vos employés vous ne faites par honneur à la bannière Subway et surtout formez vos employés sur la façon de travailler ça n’a aucun bon sens! Je n’ai jamais vu ça et je n’y retournerai plus! Aussi la propreté du restaurant laisse à désirer mais ça va de soi avec les employés en place selon moi!

I am a regular customer at subway. Today I ordered steak and cheese sub but there was few steak pieces and when I asked them they said this is how it supposed to be and they were rude to me. The worst subway brunch ever

Nous sommes sûrement tomber sur deux nouvelles, mais elles ne semblaient pas savoir comment faire un sandwich. Beaucoup trop de sauce, rien de tenait ensemble, même pas l'emballage. J'ai jamais eu autant de misère à manger un sandwich.. de plus, l'une des deux ne respectait pas de mesure sanitaire. Pas de masque sur les longs cheveux et manipule les coupons rabais sans changer les gants. Il manquait de tout. Pas de galette vg, pas de pain sans gluten et pas de texmex Visiter le 18 mai à 18h
