We made a reservation for breakfast at 11:00 AM yesterday, specifically requesting a seat away from the door. However, upon arrival, our reservation wasn't acknowledged, and to our dismay, breakfast service had concluded.

It would have been appreciated if the restaurant had communicated that breakfast was no longer available at the time of our reservation. I hope you can address this issue with the establishment, considering we made the reservation a day in advance, and implement measures to enhance reservation management.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at this restaurant. I made a considerable effort to travel a long distance to have breakfast at this beautiful and cozy establishment in the best location, investing in a not-so-inexpensive train ticket.

Yesterday, I made a reservation by phone specifically for breakfast at 11 am. The staff took the reservation but failed to mention that they no longer serve breakfast at that time. Upon our arrival, there was no check of our reservation, and the apology seemed insincere, as if they just wanted to dismiss the mistake they made. Legitimate apologies would have been more acceptable, as mistakes can happen, but this experience was beyond tolerable

The food choices are really good, worth the price. You get to choose from small, medium to large plate, then You can fill it up from salad to main courses and you pay specific amount for each sizes. I love the dishes here.. Worth a try and highly recommended.

It’s my favourite coffee place in Geneva! I go there few times a week over 2 years. Food is great! Service is just amazing! Waiters are super friendly and taking good care of you. It’s nice to sit with the friends or come for few hours of working on your laptop. Love it!!!!

It is a special place for Kids, which it is great because you can drink a coffee while kids are playing. It is not sobig area and there are normally a lot of kids but is is OK.

Coq au vin at under 30CHF was quite good.
Friendly service, English spoken.

Visited two times during a trip to Switzerland. Enjoyed a little breakfast, the lemon pie.
After a week I came back and had the best quiche of my life. Will definitely return when I'm in Zurich.

Super nettes Team, wirklich schnelle Bedienung und der Kaffee immer on point. Immer wieder toll dort in den Tag zu starten! Die neue laktosefreie Biomilch hat mich ebenfalls erfreut!

The daily menues are ok but their only alternativ most of the time, Is Pasta. For which I'm not paying about 15.- for.

I visited this restaurant several times, but I feel always that "asian people or foreigners are not welcome" from staff's attitude. She is really not friendly.

Sleepy Bear Coffee was the first specialty coffee shop in Lausanne. It is a very cosy café with very delicious specialty coffee. The service and the hospitality level is truly outstanding, I have been treated every time so nicely. It feels like walking into my living room and meeting friends. Besides the amazing coffees, you should also try the banana bread and definitely also the artisanal chocolate. It blew me away last time. A totally outstanding experience.

I eat there nearly every day as I love the fresh food. They do everything themselves and have a lovely salad bar, a great daily menue and I adore the homemade muffins. Also the beverage selection with sodas from all over the world and also the fresh.y squeezed orange juice is amazing. The staff is always super friendly. I can really recommend to go there.

A lovely new place. Local produce and ethical products. Their beer comes from a microbrewery half a mile away, and the quiches are made by people with learning disabilities (if I got my German correct). The owners are charming and the vibe is friendly. Good for a lunch break, but also an after hours gathering.

Very nice cafe / lounge. Comfortable to sit and work a little or chat with friends. Great home made sandwiches and other food, nice smoothies and fresh orange juice. Friendly staff :)

It is a perfect place for a short break. You can find tasteful and sustainable food in a awesome atmosphere. I ate something and took a smothie, best decission of my day!!
I will come again for sure!
