Bcp d’ambiance
The arcade is expensive, and the games are very slow and long.
Don't visit it.

The machine is The Walking Dead, which is very long and slow and costs £7 to complete the whole game, but it's so long I couldn't finish the last level.

Me and my two daughters had a lovely visit this week. The staff was lovely & friendly especially Alan & Jason who made daughter very happy and was an enjoyable visit. Also with lots of amusemnt arcades in Blackpool this is by far the best, much better prizes etc. thanks again guys ❤️
It was so busy despite going on a weekday, but We had a lot of fun. It was our first time there but definitely not our last.
I made the mistake of venturing out on this beach with my kids. I quickly regretted it. The smell on the coastline was so horrible that I was afraid to take my shoes off in the sand like I planned. I had a really hard time understanding why there were so many people out there. I'm glad I did, because now I know I will never go back to the beach in Blackpool.

Bad experience, put money in machine and it never registered I told staff and they weren’t Interested.

I would avoid this arcade it’s dirty and smells .
The rides and outdoor parks were great. The kids loved feeding the animals and the pet corner where they had interaction with the animals. A very different and nice opportunity.
The park area and play village also lovely.

It’s a shame that some of the staff on the rides were a little rude. The rest of the rides and bouncing pillows were great.

The indoor soft play was also a success with the kids. Just very chaotic.

The food…
Ridiculous waiting times on food and unapologetic staff. Dirty tables in the outdoor theatre despite a member of staff stood not doing anything. Not a single clean table, just tables just left in a mess.
Not sure why it’s not a priority to clean up so that it looks good/tidy/clean and people can sit down and not be walking around with chips stuck to their socks and shoes.
Great if you’re ordering a £5.50 hotdog as they are there ready. My kids were left 50 minutes to wait for food without us being told of any delay. Numerous people complaining of waits up to 75 minutes.
The food wasn’t great after all that time waiting.
Coffee was nice and the treats in the fridges and ice cream looked good although we didn’t try any of them.

The toilets… awful. Dirty, run down. Bring the Dettol wipes. 4 toilets in the ladies inside and definitely not enough to cater for the volume of people. Need to be cleaned more regularly.

Absolute chaos and expensive! The kids seemed to enjoy all but the wait for their food, however we won’t be coming back. Still a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and customer service.
My 6yr old had an enjoyable few hours here. Even though it was busy there was only a short wait for most of the rides / attractions and there was a good selection for the age range of under teenage years. The amusement park type rides have been a good addition and I think it's great that these are included in the ticket price. The outdoor climbing / sand play area was good and well maintained and was very popular with all the children. The 2 'ride on' areas with bikes / tractors were also good for the younger children.

The indoor play area was carnage as you'd expect when busy so we didn't stay long but it looked like there was a good range of play apparatus for kids. The addition of the Easter shows was also good and added to the value of the tickets.

The animal enclosure is quite small so when busy it's harder for all the children to enjoy as understandably I think the animals get fed up of screaming kids shoving food at them. The interactive sessions are good though with the guinea pigs and rabbits. Unfortunately one of the hand washing stations wasn't working but it was good to see them there especially for the kids.

The only disappointment was that you are not supposed to take your own food in but the food available is fast food / junk food. It would be nice to see either a picnic area for people to take their own or even just some sandwich / fresh options.

But overall it was good value for money and would recommend a visit when the weather is semi-decent so the outdoor areas can be enjoyed.
We love this arcades. You get a card to top up with money and the points directly go on the card. Love the idea that you can save points to get bigger prices as well. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
I really do like drayton manor. Several of the main rides were not operational, shock wave was bring revamped into a sit down coaster. There is a new coaster being built where the drop tower was (sorry can't remember its name). But this was out of season on a special blue light day.
Claw machines are made to grab all of your money. Dont waste time and buy from amazon directly if you like something. The Bournemouth Council is in charge, apparently, as one of the employees told me.
Me and my partner come here 1-2 times a month, mostly for the arcade and to rack up points but we have done bowling once or twice. Bit pricey but absolutely worth the money and we love it every single time we go.
Garbage, half of the rides don't work, not working correctly or nobody there to operate them. Not one person that worked there knew what the others was doing and all had different stories to tell why things wasn't working or missing.

Waiting time was due to lack of staff.
Fred gave amazing service he was so patient with us and made our night memorable. Thank you so much he definitely deserves a raise

This is such a great place! We have been a few times now and everyone in the family loves it! The staff are great and so knowledgeable, and there is always so many that it's always felt very professional and safe! The most recent visit was for my sons 12th birthday and they had an absolute ball!!! Thanks to everyone involved!!

Nickelodeon land is child oriented but it does have a few rides which are suitable for adults.
It has a small roller coaster which is great if you need a bit of a warm up for the big scary ones.
All in all Nickelodeon land is great even if to just have a wander around and look at everything.

I went to the amusement park for the first time with my daughter. The first floor is bog standard full of amusement rides and slot machines.
We decided to check a play area upstairs. It was not bad, however there were not enough chairs and tables for people to sit. People were just dumping there stuff on the floor, which made difficult to walk through.
When asked how much is the entry to the play area, the lady on the tills lacked a smile and enthusiasm.
Was charged £4 for an hour. Rip off!
Overall great play area for the kids. Sitting facility needs improving so is customer service.
The staff are fantastic, very welcoming, we have been going for the last three years. They are one of a very few water parks who allow their instructors to interact with the customers - and by that I mean, you can push them in but they will push you back - all very nice natured though..! Would thoroughly recommend. There are two lakes with different types of water obstacles plus they have a muddy trail obstacle course, if water isn't your thing.
Try it all out, you won't be let down.
