X1 Lettings are the absolute worst lettings agency in Liverpool. Very rude, rigid, and arrogant attitude from the tenancy manager, Jennaya, and the most unprofessional I have ever seen.

They will make you regret the day you signed that tenancy agreement with them.

Jennaya was absolutely superb to deal with during our move in. She was lovely and I couldn’t recommend her enough, was professional and aided us with anything we needed. She stayed longer than she needed to which displayed how she went above and beyond for us.

A great development! Jennaya is a stellar property manager. She is very attentive, prompt in addressing any questions or maintenance needs, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. She is an asset to the company.

Only 1 lift has been operational for over 2 weeks now compromising the safety of the tenants in a fire scenario. There is raw sewage coming through the first and Ground floor ceiling in the corridors and is a couple of inches deep in the lower ground. Has been like this over a week people getting sick, the smell is terrible, walking through raw sewage to get to the one working lift!!! Absolutely disgusting. Pull your finger out X1 and get this sorted!

Moving from London to Milton Keynes for my final year in medicine was daunting, but the team at Solstice Apartments, especially Sharon, Danielle, and Tina, made it feel like home. Their warmth and support have been remarkable, turning a challenging transition into a welcoming experience. Big thanks to Sharon for her extraordinary care and always being so supportive and kind! Highly recommend Solstice Apartments for anyone looking for a homely community.

Solstice apartments is one of the best space to live in Milton Keynes. The building is centrally located and in walking distance of every amenity - grocery stores, shopping stores, Campbell park, and even movie hall and theatre.
The staff (Danielle and Sharon) are extremely helpful and hard working. They drive initiatives to bring the residents together and celebrate different occasions, which gives a chance for residents to get to know each other. I remember when we requested for them to organise Diwali party, Sharon arranged everything at the very last moment (less than 24 hours!).
They are also very proactive in resolving any issues that the residents might face. I can’t be thankful enough to Danielle for the day when I got locked out of my apartment as there was some issue with the lock and she didn’t go home till the time the issue wasn’t fixed.
Having a committed staff indeed impacts the customer experience.
Overall, it’s a wonderful place with amazing staff. Must recommend!

I completed a year at Solstice Apartments last month and what an amazing experience it was.
Couldn’t have gotten a better place to rent, especially having moved from another country.

It’s been an absolute joy to stay at a Grainger property.  Love the communal spaces, events, support and warmth of the on-site team.

All the magic is done by the on-site residents services team, who are so professional and well trained that they bring the idea and vision of Grainger to life. Kudos to Sharon, Danielle and Rachel for the amazing job they do with enthusiasm and unquestionable commitment.

Sharon has been there from the beginning when I moved in and shes absolutely amazing- so helpful, proactive, positive and energetic. (I was most upset when I thought you were retiring!!)

Danielle too imbibed the Grainger culture soon after she joined the team here- from being trained by the master (Sharon) herself to working independently, adding her own charisma.

Rachel- I know our interactions were limited as I left pretty soon after you joined, but all interactions were seamless and you are doing a fab job as anyone else in the team.

A big thank you to all of you for making every residents stay extremely comfortable and carefree. I can’t think of anything negative about my stay at Solstice, any issue big or small taken care of smoothly and swiftly.

The events organised by the team have also been an absolute joy, they have been hosted so well and with such care just as one would host a party at their own home.

Thank you for all the hard work you do without breaking a sweat.

I definitely recommend the X1 Tower, I have been living in the X1 for more than few years, I have never had any issues with the X1, staffs always polite and professional, especially Jennaya Baines always manages tenancy care.

I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding support and seamless transition provided by Jennaya Baines during our move into our new flat. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment transformed what could have been a stressful experience into an incredibly positive one.

Solstice is a very well run building. The Reception team of Sharon and Danielle work hard to make people feel at home in the complex.
They are approachable and care about the various residents, from families to single occupants, everyone is looked after. It definitely makes a difference coming to a secure building with staff at reception 8-8 most weekdays
