Not sure how this building has such a high score. More likely landlords that they rent out and don’t live inside are submitting good scores to ensure they’ll keep getting their rents. Just stay away, yes great views but both towers have loads of issues. 1 whole month without hot water in November, the a/c hasn’t been working for years while ridiculous money has been invested to fix it and now it only works if it’s not too hot outside and it’s not being used by many flats. The gym is a joke, supposed to be upgraded but hasn’t happened for more than a year. The heating and chilling system is rubbish, you can’t even control it, i.e. turn it on/off and it’s always working in the background. The tariffs were increased by 300+% within a year as the management company got an offer from just 1 supplier (interesting) and the whole field is unregulated, so we had to pay hundreds of pounds every month for a/c that was not working and heating during summer. Just a total nightmare!
