It's a disgusting, worthless environment. I've been to many nightclubs around the world. By far the worst. The place is stuffy and stuffy. Music is bad (sound system not quality) entrance is unnecessarily expensive. You have to buy tickets online. Very rude security as a tourist. Full of people between 18-21 years old. Definitely don't go. It's a waste of your money.

Horrible place. Horrible staff. If I could give negative stars, I would. Waste of money and time. The security team is so high on their power trip I wonder how they didn’t fall yet. But hey you gotta do what you gotta do when you hate your job I guess! :) Gotta entertain yourself somehow! Being rude, aggressive, patronizing, disgusting and plain horrible can be fun when there’s nothing else going on for you :)

WORST WORST WORST club in London. Security staff is rude unnecessarily. I booked for myself and they said one person cannot be allowed. You should have mentioned people while they book their tickets. When I approached one of the security staff in polite way while they were gossiping, other one (big bearded guy) behaved rudest.

Linda, Chris and their photo booth was absolutely fantastic! I used them for my 40th birthday party and they were personable, timely and lovely to deal with. They have great props and templates and I have a photo book along with electronic copies of all pictures providing me with lovely memories! Thank you both!

Attended the Technimatic evening (4pm to 10pm) and had an absolute blast.
Security are very strict on the way in, checking ID twice, scanning it and taking your photo. But they were friendly enough, no issues at all.
Technimatic were absolutely outstanding and the crowd were brilliant. We danced at the front but people were polite and let me past when I had to move through the crowd to get to the bar.
We drank cans of cider which were £5 each, and honestly, I was happy paying that. Given its central London and drink prices are wild these days, I thought that was fair.
Sound system is great, and overall just a fantastic experience.

Had our wedding here 14 Oct 2023. 90 day guests & 140 guests at night. We thought it had been planned to precision only to have the day a disaster. It was if we turned up & they had forgot we were coming. Delay in allowing guests into the venue meant we had no ushers & flower girls denied access to the wedding room to get changed which we’d been promised use of. We were delayed getting married by 30 mins due to staff not being prepared. They were still tidying up from the night before when we arrived.
The wedding breakfast tables had no linen as they hadn’t paid their supplier & our drinks order (which we’d paid for months prior) was delivered during our ceremony meaning delay in drinks reception with guests turfed outside whilst they took an hour to turn the room around.
The sound system didn’t work for speeches & entrance music. All that we’d been promised was not delivered. Staff were like headless chickens & had lost control & out of their depth in managing a sizeable wedding. If only our wedding planners (we had 5 during our 18 mth booking as staff move on) had been there to manage the wedding, it might have been so different .
We’d paid & ordered champagne for the wedding breakfast but this wasn’t provided until chased.
Staff didn’t know how to dim the lights for the evening reception & extra mood lighting we had hired in (at the venues suggestion) was wasted. It was bright lights all night.
They were no ladies toilets as they were blocked & out of use. A handwritten “do not use” stuck on the door. We found out that they had been aware of this for several days prior but they hadn’t thought to sort it.
We finally received compensation for breach of contract, but only after months of legal threats & only received payment of our agreed damages after threatening them with a statutory demand & company wind up, 3 1/2 months after it being agreed.
We didn’t want to do any negative reviews, and publicise our experience, but the stress & upset caused by their breach of contract & delay in them taking any responsibility meant we lost all respect for the company. A wedding is meant to be a once in a lifetime thing, but they let us down very badly.

We had the pleasure of working with Jackie and her team for the flower arrangements at our civil partnership reception. They were super accommodating with every request we had, including some special touches we wanted to incorporate.
The flower displays brought such a beautiful, warm vibe to our reception, making the day even more special. So many of our guests made it a point to tell us how incredible the flowers looked, which says a lot. Throughout the entire process, Jackie was professional, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with. Could not recommend them enough if you're looking to bring some extra beauty to your event.

This was a gig venue a basement room not very accesible as far as I saw but check for yourself if you have accessibility requirements. Otherwise it was clean even the toilets the bar staff helpful and pleasant

Linda and Chris came to my birthday/leaving party and I honesty couldn’t fault them. They were reasonability price and friendly from the start. We ordered the frame mirror booth and they came in and set up quickly and carefully. As they were in my house they respected their surrounds and were extremely friendly to all the guests. The photographs were high quality and we received a copy of each of the photographs which were fantastic to look back the following day. Couldn’t thank them enough! We would recommend them to everyone who wants to jazz up a party or wedding!

Awful experience! Security staff at the entrance were unnecessarily rude and aggressive. £25 entry at the door (£20 if you pay cash). £28 for 4 tequila shots in half size plastic shot cups. £9 for a tiny vodka with redbull which was mostly ice. £3 per item for cloakroom and they make you enter your phone number. Honestly wouldn’t even go again if it was free.

There are much better clubs in London. Some of the staff were nice but most not really.
Pay £5-10 more on other clubs and it's more likely that you will enjoy your night out

The Google reviews put me off going to the club a bit, but as I had my place (jungle cake) I went anyway!
First of all, we were greeted by the security team (did being foreign help? I don't know). Having nothing to reproach myself for (alcohol/drugs), the evening went very well.
Drinks are pretty expensive, but I suppose that's how it is in most London clubs.
Special mention to the sound in the large room, which was well-balanced and (very) powerful, making it ideal for bass & jungle music.
For geeks, the room is equipped with void acoustics.)

The Magic Mirror was amazing at our Christmas Party! All of our staff loved having their pictures taken with the props. Great quality prints to take away as well as pictures and GIFs sent straight to our mobile phones. Excellent service from Linda and Chris, I would highly recommend them for any future events! Easy to book in and organize, on time, delivered and WOW what fun pics! Absolutely delighted and what a great way to ensure you have photos of everyone having fun at your event! Delighted we booked!

We hired the 360 photo booth from Giggling Genie for our annual Christmas Party and couldn't thank and recommend Linda, Chris and the team enough. They made the whole experience from beginning to end stress-free and easy. The communication was kept on top of and any queries or issues we had were answered and resolved straight away. We have always opted for a traditional photo booth in previous years so wanted to change it up a little this year. Our staff loved it and had so much fun - we will definitely use them again in the future! All videos from the night were also sent over within 2 business days which was also fantastic. Thanks again for your first-class service!

I have worked with Lev and the team to plan two company events and I've really enjoyed working with them. They work hard to make sure your event is a success! The team is really friendly and dependable They always communicate at every stage on the run up to the events. They're also very patient and are willing to listen to all ideas and think of a way to make them happen!
