Had a wonderful experience with Santiago who helped build our wardrobe from scratch at our wardrobe appointment. He did a smashing job in such a short amount of time and we were so impressed! We were also able to get our wardrobe ordered the same day. Highly recommend, Santiago really listened to our needs and customised everything to what we wanted

But still worth it.

Had a fantastic mattress shopping experience with Alex from Dreams, Reading today. He made it very easy to work out what would be the best fit for us. He was patient, informative and respectful of our budget. We didn’t feel pressured to buy, instead he gave us the space to weigh things up. I visited IKEA solely to enjoy a hot dog, recalling how delicious it was in the past. Unfortunately, my experience today was mediocre and left me feeling extremely disappointed. However, I did find some biscuits that turned out to be far superior.

Very nice people working here. Super-friendly, highly professional, and knowledgeable about their products.

Great quality, reasonably-priced beds. They were respectful of the money we were able to spend. There was no overselling or pressure to purchase.

Julie was brilliant. A no nonsense, truthful and fair sales assistant. She told us everything we needed to know and offered us all the extras, to which we said no. We loved her friendly, approachable manners.She made things quick, simple and even reminded us of the available discount of certain items in store. She was great, thank you.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of wheelchair accessibility- through the market area of the shop was okay, however when I am going to pay for the three items I had picked up, I am unable to get my mum through the “yellow bag” section to join the queue. The space is far too small to fit a wheelchair and the rope barrier is unclip-able and the basket is tied to the floor - ridiculous when the trolley line is packed and I only need to get a couple of items. I expected more from Ikea when their website states that accessibility is “embedded in their vision”.

Ikea croydon never disappoints. Very well planned establishment with awesome discounts when you present an Ikea Family card for food. Household items have almost none. For a total order of items worth 180 GBP, the family card got me a discount of only 70 pennies in.e. 0.70

Extremely poor service. When we were downstairs the staff was running and playing games. Very unprofesssional.
We've been told an item we were looking for was available. One of the staff member went in to check. She came back and saying no we don't have it. Literally 10 seconds later she said let me go and check again. After 5 minutes she comes back and say no we don't have it even thought the system says we have three. There was constant giggling going on which we didn't understand.

Great shop for good price household items it's very IKEA like in style. Lots of parking available and the staff are very helpful

2nd time in the store in 3 weeks.... Great service again. Really good deals on offer and they make a good brew as well.

DFS are deceitful and underhanded furniture suppliers i have come across, they are quick to take your money but so unhelpful afterwards. Charging 20% restocking fee for a sofa that was an ex display but does not fit through a standard doorway this was not stated at any point of sale and on returning an hour later was told this was the same reason the previous original buyer returned the item - even though sold as ex-display, they tried to charge a 20% restocking fee, then had the most rudest, arrogant manager from a different branch, Tony from Speke we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with such a rude man, all staff refused to give the name of the regional manager who apparently makes the decision of the restocking fee and refused to give there full names for a complaint.

Collected a duvet, however the duvet had been repacked after being returned by another customer - this was evident as it wasn't sealed properly, I only realised this a few weeks later as bought this as a spare. Absolute rubbish selling a duvet returned by someone else, could have bed, germs all sorts. Horrible buying experience from here.

Brilliant. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped us decide on our new mattress, they made us a coffee and we had a go on the machine that tells you what type of mattress to use - highly recommend giving this a go, it's good fun! Haha

Gabriel and Natalie at Stockport Peel Centre shop are extremely helpful and resourceful. They listen to my needs and offered ranges of products that meet my needs for consideration. They never pushing me to conclude purchase but giving me great supports in ensuing my needs are addressed. You can feel the warmth and friendly vibe in the shop there. Of course I successfully purchased my Dreams beds and mattresses with their help.

As a first time buyer at Dreams I found the purchase of two beds a painless procedure, considering the many options available. This was made possible by a very switched on member of staff called Ryan.From start to finish he was polite, attentive and a man who obviously knows all about the goods for sale. We were served refreshments and taken through the selection issues quite thoroughly being able to comfortably make our eventual choices. Ryan is a marvellous ambassador for your company and we would like to thank him for his excellent service.

This IKEA store is smaller than the one in Wembley. Has all the popular items but lesser variety and options which is good because you don’t get carried away 😅
I enjoyed meatballs with mash but didn’t get the cranberry sauce with them ☹️. Swedish apple dessert was yum. Shopped some
Curtains and bathroom decor. They didn’t had size for the bedsheets I wanted in the design that caught my eyes and that’s good otherwise my bill would have been way too much. I did not really needed them.
Plenty of parking but getting out from the shopping complex took half an hour on a Sunday evening 🅿️

The products and the way they are displayed especially in a room environment is fascinating. The quality in comparison to the price is fabulous.

Very disappointed with my visit to the Pausa Cafe today. Took my 3 year old granddaughter and asked for toast and was told its after 12 so we don't serve toast. Unfortunately they couldn't offer me anything from the children's menu only a cheese and cucumber sandwich. No pizza or jacket potato left and it was only 1.30pm. We left and went elsewhere

Brilliant customer service, relaxed and friendly approach. Ryan was super polite and professional and not only managed to get us a much shorter delivery date but helped us get the bed we wanted for the best price. The store manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable! They were lovely with our little girl too, who was running round the store and excited choosing her big girl bed. Got lots of extras thrown in too which was great. Really happy, highly recommend!

Extremely helpful staff member, at Stockport Dunhelm today.
After consulting with a female colleague, between them they were able suggest a solution to a damaged item. This was remedied by the manufacturer this afternoon - remarkable service and attention to polite requests. Many thanks, BTD.

A well deserved 5 star rating, I bought a mattress from the Stockport store and was served by Ryan who was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
The delivery was bang on time with regular updates.

Purchased a sealy mattress today at the Stockport branch and was helped by Gabe who was so friendly and very knowledgeable regarding all products, gave us plenty of time to decide which one to choose with his expert help of course. A nice stressful experience

Went today so many choices on presents for Xmas. Just live the new cafe (or new to me) it’s so reasonable and meals for lunch I saw were really good.
Everyone so pleasant and nice in there as well. Parking easy and free so again a bonus.
