Anthony was our sales person this evening and he was amazing. No pressure to buy and super helpful. Assisted with offers and prices and was more than happy to help with sizing and different options. Couldn’t have asked for a better person - put my mind at ease buying a big item! Super helpful.
DFS are deceitful and underhanded furniture suppliers i have come across, they are quick to take your money but so unhelpful afterwards. Charging 20% restocking fee for a sofa that was an ex display but does not fit through a standard doorway this was not stated at any point of sale and on returning an hour later was told this was the same reason the previous original buyer returned the item - even though sold as ex-display, they tried to charge a 20% restocking fee, then had the most rudest, arrogant manager from a different branch, Tony from Speke we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with such a rude man, all staff refused to give the name of the regional manager who apparently makes the decision of the restocking fee and refused to give there full names for a complaint.
