Clean and well maintained social space, thoroughly enjoy just relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi areas. Received numerous massages from the resident professional massage service for an additional fee.The staff are friendly from my own personal experience. The bar staff are beautiful especially Andres which influences my return. Also this venue promotes a loyalty scheme, following 10 visits you can get a free entry.

I've been trying to find somewhere to go that is accessible for ages, and I finally found this place.
I was a little bit reluctant that I would miss out on certain aspects of the property due to it being over multiple levels, however, everything I needed to be able to chill and enjoy myself were on the same level.
The accessible toilet is on the entrance level, there's an accessible pod on that level too.
The staff were amazing with assisting me to get up and down the ramp as the incline is a little steep to do it on my own.
The spa pool is at floor level, for me it was ideal, I was able to get in and out of the spa pool pretty easily.
The customers are pretty chilled and it doesn't feel like you're just being stared at, just remember to politely decline if you don't want someone doing something.
I definitely will be going back as chilling in the spa pool helped a lot with my aches.

Should charge a reduced fee when entering late especially if closing before advertised closing time, and your only told closing early when you arrive. There's an option on your Google page settings to state closing times may vary from published hours

See you don't reply even to negative reviews which is very poor

The gym and staff here are a credit to themselves. I have been a member of every Southport gym over the years; this place sets the bar.

I want to thank the owners and all the staff for providing great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere.

Great classes amazing choice of pools and family friendly.

Terrible service overall. The man at the entrance comes across as rather unfriendly and standoffish. Once you come in, the spa is OK in terms of spaces but also rather cold. Even the sauna was barely above warm. I needed to stay in the pool to keep warm, otherwise you shiver from the cold. The steam room was closed and yet they didn't tell the customers nor did they charge less for providing less than the usual.

I've also been twice there and both times, on Saturday, it was almost empty. A waste of time and money.

Managements attitude is the reason this place is gradually heading for closure.
Came in at 6am only to find juccuzi was closed for cleaning, when quizzed why wern.t we informed at entry?
His reply was disgaceful " we do it at the same time so you should know".
Place is dirty, you must pay for everything and management expect you to carry your visa card with you at all times for drinks and bar items.
Will not be back.
Sack management so the poor hardworking staff are left with a fighting chance

Stay away if you can. The only good thing is the location. Towels as rough as sandpaper. Machines broken for longer periods, abysmal cleaning, lockers kept locked by people not even in the gym, staff that don’t care and music louder then any club so you can’t listen to your own music. Stuck for a year I’m afraid, don’t make the same mistake…

Staff are very nice and welcoming. The facilities are clean and the venues is spacious. I love all the different areas as it reminded me of a maze. The pool area is 10/10

My first time to this sauna and I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and courteous and we were shown around by Terry. Thank you Terry 🥰. A great choice of food and drinks which we enjoyed. The place was very clean throughout and there was a very relaxing vibe throughout the entire venue. Clientele were lovely and I shall definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Very very disapointed about the Manager Fernando's atitude!!! Very rude and cold treat clients and staff very poor and bossy!!! I just asked a simple question about the sauna and he answered very rude, no smile, no hello!!!

Used to go more regularly and after a few months have gone back, it’s still as good as it was. Always clean throughout (such a rarity with a sauna!) and the last couple of times I was there Mike the barman was so welcoming and nice, and very good at making me feel at home and serving my drinks with care. I think im now a loyal customer and it’s because of this, I don’t just feel like a coin in the machine like at SweatBox. Great body positive environment, clean, and the cruising areas are great. Big fan.

I've had a great Wednesday at the Greenhouse 13/03/2024. I have the respect for all staff at the Greenhouse. I know my behaviour isn't been very good a few weeks ago. It's due to me getting stabbed on the 17/12/23 at home. That's the why I haven't been myself lately and I shouldn't take it out on others. I love Terry very much he makes me laugh. I'm sorry for what happened a few Wednesdays ago.

So clean & so well managed.
The Greenhouse was fabulous fun this Sunday. The pool & hot tub were at the right temperature, with no shortage of fresh laundered towel. Delicious Sunday lunch served in the bar area.
What really struck me was the “vibe” friendly locals & all very open to chat & mingling. Shout out to Adam working the bar this lunchtime, friendly, fit nice bloke.

Hello everyone, just wanna say it’s a good place tbf the team are great but I have not been back for a long time because I think it’s £20 to enter and looking around it’s quite fun down and some of the things don’t work you up the price and less things work and no paint work has being done but apart from that it could be really nice see you soon

The location is great and equipments are more than enough.
However, it is its friendly and easygoing staffs that make it so special and attractive. To be more specific, Josh is unbelievably friendly and helpful when I visited the place for my first time and made me feel like I am already a member there even though I wasn’t.

Me( pre op), 2 other trans girl (pre op) and my trans partner (post op) were denied entry because she doesn't have anything downstairs anymore then got sent to the chameleon club then got denied there because 3 of us trans girls has something more in our underwear just wanted a nice night but ended up driving back to London

Last Saturday I went there but Must pay cash as no cards, lucky I have cash. Very outdated and small. Saw lot of towels on heaters. There was few of drags around. Few old guys keeping come to me as told then in nice way that am not interested but they keeping come. I was sat down sofa and watch tv but there is drags on tv as not comfortable so left after 45 minutes. Place is too far out from city centre and should be in centre and it closed early 8pm. I am regular at sauna all the country. That’s worse place. Don’t go there.

Been going for years and the venue has always been clean and staff have been approachable with zero attitude and always happy to help customers.

The only negative is the lack of a proper cruise space. There are 2 dry saunas and in my opinion the one by the cinema could be removed to make space for an open play area. But that might have to wait until I rule the world :).

Besides that small negative it is a great sauna and not deserving of many of the ridiculously negative reviews here.

The whole fitness first group is great, but the people at the Liverpool Street branch make it. I go to a weekly Sparring class with Lion who makes everyone feel motivated and welcome, always encouraging and pushing us to our limits.

Venue is small, cramped not enough sauna, steam rooms and jacuzzi, barely anyone in not very busy, the lockers are small not enough storage space, just a dull boring place

Booked a massage, didn’t receive said massage and wasn’t even offered a refund. In the unlikely event that I return here I will expect a massage without having to pay anything else. But knowing this shambles of a place that probably won’t be the case.

Without a doubt, the worst reception service I have ever received. I was treated by a very unpleasant elderly man of 55 and 65 years old and I asked him that on Wednesdays there is free entry for children under 30 or 25 years old and he told me that I have to know that information. What I want is that I don't have to ask him. And so I said thank you and I'm sure I'll never go back there again.

A small compact one level sauna in the heart of the Covent neighborhood. When you enter you deposit your ID or your credit card, you're given two towels and then you get in.
The space is not big but it is compact, it's well organized; pay attention - the tiles on the floor are extremely slippery, I fell once, they use mats as a solution, however there are some spaces that are not covered with mats and those places are extremely slippery. I believe the price is too expensive for what it offers. Right when I went to have a shower, someone stole my towel. I hate when that happens. I also didn't like the thing that CineX is out in the open like in the corridor. Definitely men over 35. I was there on a Saturday evening and I don't think there were more than 15 people there.

Matt the General Manager at Liverpool Street was extremely helpful - Is a great gym in a very convenient location for those in the city - staff always very accommodating. Would recommend

Nice place, friendly staff, more focussed on communal fun, clientèle tend not to have attitude/superiority complex and more of a 'the more the merrier' vibe.

It’s very far from the liverpool city center. Inconvenient location. It’s a cash only sauna, outdated, and full of senility.

My body and mind have benefited greatly from training at Fitness First Liverpool Street. The convenient location, attentive trainers, and cleanliness is hard to beat too! Over the past two months, I’ve tried out a bunch of classes and have some favorites to recommend! :)

- SPARR with Taariq and Amber. A constant class in my split! Taariq and Amber have managed to incorporate a balance of boxing and cardio, which I find to be a perfect challenge. The environment created in SPARR is fun, stress relieving, and empowering. The trainers provide consistent source of motivation with their words and energy, as well as helpful form corrections to ensure you’re maximizing the workout. I highly encourage everyone to try it out!

- TRAX with Tyrese. This class definitely attacks my willpower in the early morning and challenges my body in every way, but I’ve seen great transformations in regards to my strength and stamina. Tyrese has infectious energy that motivates you to persevere through the pain of his exercises and the accompanying mental resistance. Big fan of this class (and Tyrese)!

- FF HIIT and FF Core with Mike. I really enjoy the structure of Mike’s HIIT workout and the variety of movements he includes. He does a brilliant job of encouraging me to push my limits through increasing my weight and maintaining my intensity till the last rep! Right after HIIT, his core class is difficult, but in the best way. Mike has a vibrant personality that shines through his love for fitness!

- Bootcamp and Recharge with Victor. I really like how Victor structures his Bootcamp workouts because they target every muscle in the body and I never find myself to be bored. A must try class is his Recharge class, which is a mixture of stretching and dynamic mobility exercises. Recharge has improved my athletic performance and my body in general. Victor is super friendly and has such a passion for health and wellness, which is evident through his knowledge and thoughtful approaches!

Smart, clean and tidy and well staffed, ideal fitness centre with the added bonus of a pool, sauna and steam room. Classes are available. This is a fitness suite not a bodybuilders gym. So all you budding "Arnold Cheeseburgers" it's not for you.

We arrived and the jacuzzi was closed. We paid full price upon arrival where nobody informed us about the jacuzzi being closed. Apart from this the receptionist wasn't very welcoming. I understand jacuzzi was closed due to cleaning. In that case you should inform your customers that one of your MAIN facilities is closed for next two hours. The staff did not have any kind of interest in sorting out the problem. No sorry no, apologies, instead they were just rude. Stop advertising that your facilities are open 24/7 because that's obviously a lie. Refund was refused due to - "we just don't do refunds" by Marek. After this customer experience I won't be back. You don't care about customers only about their credit cards being charged. Good luck.

Great gym and well equipped but does lack a few pieces of equipment. Great pool, friendly staff and enough room without being on top of someone else whilst working out. Changing rooms are on the small and there's no privacy in the showers at all. Changing rooms are right alongside the pool area so it's very warm and by the time you have showered and changed you are sweating again.
