We had a three night stay.
The hotel was spacious, light and spotless.
The staff were charming and helpful.
The breakfast bar was outstanding catering for all tastes and dietary requirements.
We had two evening meals. Nothing outstanding but the wine was good!
As a vegetarian I enjoyed the mushroom risotto.

Bad experience with their Superior Quadruple room. To begin, the room was located on the ground floor right next to the restaurant's public bathrooms, with the door always left open. This made the entrance smell like disinfectant and felt like walking through the service entrance to get to the room. The room itself left a lot to be desired. The bathroom has 0 amenities. No body soap, cream, dryer or hand towels. The flush and shower drain barely worked. There were two bath towels for a room booked for 4 people. When asked for glasses and plates, the staff told us to get some from the bar and carry them to the room ourselves. Felt more like a roadside inn than a supposed 4-star hotel. Only redeeming quality was the air conditioning, so the ground floor grayed out window facing a back alley didn't need to be left open at night. Their other rooms might be fine, but beware what room you're assigned if you're booking the Superior Quadruple room.

I’m extremely allergic to nuts and sesame seeds (I choke if I eat some).

They write the allergenic ingredients which is great.
Unfortunately they added sesame to my plate that was supposed to be sesame free.
I get an allergy and have to rush to the bathroom to throw up to get the sesame out of my system.

Management was very nice and proposed to call an ambulance. Luckily I didn’t need it.

The reason for my bad review is the poor commercial gesture. If someone almost chokes in my restaurant because my cook messed-up, I would expect to give the table a free meal and maybe more !!!

If this was in the US they would have taken this more seriously I guess

Just popped in for some lunch in Escobar with a friend. Menu quite poor and vegetarian options even worse, not even the vegetable soup was an option as was made using chicken stock. Dark and sparse place and would not return.

Had an overnight stay with friends. Really lovely staff, professional but friendly. Beautiful food and delicious cocktails, lovely spa treatment, Really enjoyed everything.

I stayed one night at this hotel. The staff were friendly. The 3 bed room was very small for three people, luckily I was travelling on my own. You can find tea and coffee at your room. My standards for cleanliness is very high, so it wasn’t spotless but clean. The hotel is in a good part of the city center and there are lots of bus options around it. The variety of food at breakfast buffet was good.

Visited this place as it was the first place my father worked in his career. I wasn't dissapointed. Welcoming staff, Lovely food and warming atmosphere. I'm sure it's changed a lot in over 70 years haha. Thank you to the staff for making our visit welcoming 💚

Chouette petit hôtel, nous étions de passage pour une nuit, nous voulions manger mais l hôtel ne fait que les petits déjeuners, très bien d'ailleurs, on a le choix déjeuner traditionnel irlandais ou des céréales yaourts, fruits, pain toasté,jus d'orange... Ils nous ont conseiller un endroit pour manger, malheureusement celui ci ne servait plus à manger après 19h, mais ce n est pas grave, nous avons trouvé un.snack, Il y a 4 ou 5 restaurants. Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné, les chambres propres, nous avons eu une belle vue sur la rivière. Le seul bémol c'est la literie, draps très propre, mais le matelas un peu "fatigué " et dommage pour l absence de prises de courant près des tables de nuit. Mais nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour. Le cadre est sympa.

Exceptionally nice and fast staff. Had a great stay there. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms, very nice bathroom. Perfect selection and taste of the breakfast you can order there. My girlfriend and I loved it!

Hidden gem, perfect for a glass of wine and a chat, love the decor. Staff is always amazing

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l'hôtel Maldron Parnell Square.
L'emplacement est idéal, 15-20 minutes à pieds du centre.
Un arrêt de bus est à une minute à pied de l'hôtel. Le bus qui nous a amené de l'aéroport nous y a déposé.
Très bon accueil à l'hôtel, chambre propre et confortable.
Nous entendions la rue depuis notre chambre.
Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel!!!! Vraiment bon et très varié : côté salé : Saucisses, œuf au plat, tomates grillées, haricots blancs sauce tomate, champignons ....
Côté sucré : plusieurs sortes de pains, croissants, chocolatines, gâteaux, céréales, porridge sur demande et j'en passe!

Nous avons dîné 2 soirs à l'hôtel, très bon, cependant, bien qu'il n'y ait pas grand monde, le service a été long!! Plus d'une demi heure d'attente pour un plat.. dommage.

Sinon rien à redire!

We ate at House Dublin on a Friday! We were really impressed with everything. The ambiance, restaurant design, menu options, service, and pricing were great. Our waitress Shauna was top and the bartender who made our drinks the same. We ordered the Chateaubriand for 2 and had a few cocktails. All in it was about $150 US which was a steal compared to other places we’ve been in NYC. Lastly, they were great and accommodating for our nut/peanut allergies. If we return to Dublin we will be back.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. The hotel information prior to my stay was excellent. Service and hospitality first class by all of the team who made my visit very pleasurable. Breakfast could be improved but the service was excellent. The self check in worked really well. Everywhere was very clean and you could tell the management have a lot of pride on the customer experience

We visited the Cashel Palace this evening and had the most wonderful experience. The food was top tier and the service even more so. Thank you to Diane for looking after us so well all evening and sharing so much insight into the restoration of the building. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great place to stay for a weekend, yes there is a bar downstairs but its not a problem for me 😂

Had an amazing and very tasty Valentines Day dinner! Staff was looking after us all the time, very accommodating (made sure we were comfortable at our table with our baby in his buggy). 5 🌟 🤩

This is quite a discovery! Beautiful bar wirh excellent service! Our waitress Trisha went above and beyond! Food is good and portions quite generous. It is a great place to enjoy with friends or a date. Highly recommended.

The Cashel palace is the best of the best . It was our first visit and It absolutely did not disappoint. This place is total luxury with a sprinkle of magic . The ambience just exudes class. The renovations have been so sympathetic to the history of the house, and it is as meticulous as if it only opened yesterday. We got a fabulous welcome from Mike and Emma , both who were available throughout our stay. Mike was very kind and noticed things like taking our photo , or offering us drinks , keeping the fire going etc and Emma was at hand for us too. I want to give a special shout out to Jamie , he is an absolute gem and I hope he stays on in the palace for years to come , he is an asset , charming , chatty with good humor to boot , along with being excellent at his job. Sally whom we met on check out was also really lovely and Martina in Mikey Ryan’s was by far our favorite there . The food was great there too with a wonderful atmosphere. Our room which was an avenue suite was amazing and we didn’t want to leave .
The whole experience was just stunning , luxurious and a cut above the rest . They have captured something very special here and I cannot wait to return.

We were celebrating a special occasion and David made the experience so special. He went above and beyond! Dinner was gorgeous and absolutely lovely staff!

We had breakfast here this morning as we passed through Longford. Anna who looked after us for breakfast was so attentive and kind, she fussed over every detail. Thank you Anna - any business would be so lucky to have you.

Nice vibes and addition to the hotel. Miles ahead of the Shelbourne in terms of 5star status offering

SHOCKING!!!

Disliked · NOTE OUR ROOM WAS PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE - We were up to attend a removal/funeral and were still at the removal so phoned the hotel at 18:50 to let them know we were coming but were still at the removal. The young gentleman that we spoke to said no problem that we were good up to 11pm. At 21:53 when we left the removal, we decided to drive back to Dublin, so phoned the hotel to let them know out of politeness. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude, gave out to us and then proceeded to tell us that she had already given our room away to someone else. As I hadn't been looking for a refund I said that I hoped she had given our room to the person for free, to which we got another caustic remark. Surprise surprise when I complained no refund offer - SO MAJOR HEALTH WARNING FOR THIS HOTEL AND SHARP PRACTICE OF TAKING PAYMENT TWICE FOR A ROOM AVOID...

My wife and I booked this two weeks ago and were not disappointed. from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was exceptional. The hotel was warm and welcoming, the service was great from the guys who parked the car and brought our luggage to the room, the receptionists were friendly and extremely efficient, and the staff at the Spa and the waiting staff were very talented. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was plush and the bathroom was fully stocked with towels and cozy robes. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, would recommend it for a romantic break

Didn't eat there, jus Christmas drinks, but loved the setting, I will be back to e xpenitence more of what it has to offer

Room was clean and spacious and very cozy. The bar was good and the service was excellent alongside the lit fire.

Breakfast was very nice and the check in and check out experience was a breeze.

Great place...friendly staff, flexible and helpful, with spacious and spotless rooms. Great breakfast with good timings. We have no hesitation in recommending. Well-equipped late-opening shop/food outlet a few minutes walk away. Local garden centre has excellent meals, deli and a fabulous gift shop! Oh ... and the bonus kitty :-)

I was celebrating my wedding anniversary. They are amazing staff, lovely place for special occasions like this and the food is so delicious. They gave us a glass of champagne free of charge r for our wedding anniversary.

I would come back again and it's even my second time.

die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels sind einmalig. Das Frühstücksbuffet tolle Mischung für Vegetarier, Allergiker, heimischen und internationalen Spezialitäten. Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Blick aus den Fenstern leider nicht so hübsch.

L’hotel et tous ses équipements sont magnifiques, à la hauteur d’un Relais&Chateaux. Le spa est de grand luxe. Tout le personnel est d’une rare gentillesse. J’avais perdu mes écouteurs qu’ils ont tout de suite retrouvé et déposé dans ma chambre. Merci !
