Ordered Laksa Kuah Pekat biasa for takeaway. Taste-wise, their laksa definitely jibes with my taste bud. The fish broth was flavourful with mild level of spiciness and without that slight bitter taste I usually find in other laksa places, just the way I like it. Certainly worth repeating.
Been coming to this restaurant for more than 20 years, since I was a kid. The food still taste good and pricing is reasonable. Ordered fish, stir fried morning glory, minced meat tofu and fried yam tower with stir fried chicken and mix veg (not sure what is the name of this dish) attached picture for information.
Laksa semua sedap sangat. Cuma parking susah sikit la kena park tepi jalan. Bau kat situ tak syok sebab betul2 kat tepi longkang. Dalam kedai mmg panas sangat tak ada pengudaraan yg baik.
Environment kedai adalah selesa (bersih & teratur).
Ada banyak kerusi meja tersedia.
Pekerja sangat baik, terus hadir ke meja kami setelah kami duduk & segera lap meja dengan baik setelah dilihat ada sedikit kesan kotoran pada meja.
Layanan pekerja jugak baik.
Masa yg diambil utk makanan sampai adalah agak cepat.
Harga berpatutan (tapi tidak murah dan ini adalah expected).

- Cheesy Meatball tak punya rasa (agak tawar) dan kuah tahap so so jugak. Portion agak kecil & ini adalah expected kerana keadaan food price now.
- Mushroom Soup agak mengecewakan, masam & kurang creamy. Perlu improvement sangat bagi menu ini sebab ini adalah 1st time mushroom soup merasa masam.
Management perlu improve didalam food taste bagi memantapkan perniagaan. By the way tahniah kepada management kepada telah train pekerja anda dengan baik dan mereka semua melayan customer dengan baik sekali.

The food here is indeed delicious and flavorful. However, there is a lack of a menu to choose dishes from. Customers can only select a few dishes they like from the pictures displayed on the wall. Additionally, prices are not provided since there is no menu.
I had specifically requested for baby squid fry and baby kailan, but unfortunately, I was served regular squid and regular kailan instead. Despite emphasizing the word "baby" for both dishes and receiving confirmation from the staff, they still brought the wrong items.
The service here also leaves room for improvement. Once the dishes are served, the staff tends to neglect the customers. It is necessary to personally approach them to request additional items such as extra rice or chili. However, I understand that the number of staff members is limited compared to the number of customers visiting the establishment.

Ni bukan Hameed Pata mee sotong yg sedap tu. Ni tiru Hameed Pata mee sotong. Rasa pun tak sedap. Kalau dekat sama boleh terima. Aku kena tipu beli dekat food panda.

Makanan ok sedap cuma kambing agak liat sikit. Tempat sgt selesa. Kemaih cendoi 👍
Overall untuk rating boleh bagi 3 star. Makanan okay , cuma nasi ayam ( larga ) Rm13 nasi sikit ayam ok. Ayam sejuk skit, laksa punya kuah pekat elok tapi rasa so so ja . Service tu jangan ckap la, nk senyum macm minta duit 🤦🏻♂️

The food is solid 100/100.
The portion is more than enough for the two of us. I specifically requested for a 'meat platter cake' and they delivered it nicely with the birthday decoration on the platter + birthday song from the busker. For sure 100/100 for a very friendly services!

Googled our way there after seeing the reviews online and we were not disappointed.
Mr and Lil Mr had Mexican Poutine & Mr Beef Builder while Missus had the Tom Yam, Squid and Omelette.
The meat is tender, the poutine is a must try. No complaints abt their seafood. Fresh and delicious 👍

First time going here for a birthday celebration, the service was good..but most importantly the food was delicious, and the portions were quite big..worth it
Layanan Bagus, makanan cepat siap dan sedapp sangat2.. spaghetti aglio sedap, chicken chop pon terbaik.. yg pasti sebagai pencinta chicken chop nak bg tau sos black pepper kedai nie mmg tak sama mcm kedai lain, rasa dia sedappp gilaaa dgn ayam crunchy..hope boleh kekalkan servis dan makanan yg sedap mcm nie sampai bila2,confirm ramai cust akan repeat and promote yr cafe to others♥️ my husband and I will repeat again🥰

The foods, Truffle Chicken Fondue & King Lamb Chop was superb delicious. Friendly staffs. Satisfied.
Disappointed. We came here because of the reviews saying it's good. We had a standard steak and burger from the menu book. When we arrived, the steak was described as cooked for 20 hours then grill. We were like, what kind of steak is that and u can't choose which part or even well or medium well cooked. But since most reviews says it is okay, then we just try.
'Steak' comes and was very disappointed. It more to brisket but even brisket is not like thay. Daging very hancur. And it's rm39 yeah. Look at the picture and u see. The gravy also weird, cause it's not typical blackpepper but remind me of sate punya rasa sikit. Then we also order mojitos mango with lime. Disappointed. Not even mojitos. Just some bicarbonate lime water with ice. Not crushed ice, the mango x terasa pun. Damnn, we only tried to finish it sbb mahal. That mojitos is rm10 and served in plastic cup. The burger was sour taste, we thought it was sour sauce or something, but nope, the meat is sour. Only fries are good. The ambience was quite nice, but food very disappointing. For 2 people it cost RM80+ and we expect the food to be good lah. So, this is the first and last we ever come. Wouldn't even recommend it to family's and friends. For steak lover, it's not steak. All their 'steak' are cooked for 20-22 hours and then grilled.

The Mee Rebus was a disappointment.. The Mee Goreng was quite ok..
Please do not mistake this seller (which we did) as the same famous "Hamid Mee Pata" of Esplanade.. Their taste did not reach the level of the latter.

First time having dinner and also iftar at here. Friendly services, wonderful food presentation and tastefully food. The pasta is worth trying, so creamy and delicious. The meat is tender and juicy. Definitely come again.

-Cleanliness : meja kotoq, lalat sana sini. customer kena bersihkan sendiri ya meja. Ada staff boleh tgk saja & ignore. Tray makanan kotor.Mangkuk sumbing. Meja makan tak cukup, kerusi tak cukup , saya ambil semua sendiri ya. Husband angkat meja sendiri.
- Order service : Staff buat x tau masa i nak order. Bl tanya order dkt mana baru jawab.
-servis lambat & env kedai yang panas dan tak selesa.
Food taste : Nothing special. Telur sarang too salty. I order bihun sup , dorg rendam bekas cili dalam mangkuk sup tu ya which i think benda yang tak patut buat (tak hygiene & tak patut letak dlm mangkuk sup).

Laksa sedap mmg betul kuah pekat, tapi ntahla waktu pergi haritu kuah dia rasa masam . Maybe terlebih asam keping ? But overall okay je . Portion okay. Saja beli big, puas la makan, better perut kosong hahaha nnti tak habis.

My friend recommended us this spot, and oh, the food is so good. The place is airy with simple yet nice design. Parking is easy, and the service is prompt and good. We ordered their platter with beef short ribs, lamb shank and lamb chop and of the food is delicious, the meat are so soft and flavorful and their three sauces, black pepper, bbq and sesame are all so nice.
We also ordered their sate chicken pasta, and this creamy pasta is out of this world .. u get a bit of the masak lemak flavors on a pasta, oh its just superb. Never had anything like it before. Then my friend had their salmon and he said it was good.
They also have Asian menu with rice and noodles too. Nice mixture of western and asian.
Price wise is alright ..

Ordered its signature beef steak, american style burger, lamb shanks and kambing lambak.
We also ordered seafood chowder and nachos.
The meat was soft and easy to chew. The burger was okay with beef patty, but a bit salty. I think the salad on side were of yesterday’s cut pieces. The potato wedges were okay.
Prawn in the seafood chowder also not fresh. The seafood chowder was creamy and okay.
The drinks were served in paper and plastic cups. I expect a restaurant like this to serve drinks in reusable cups not disposable ones.
While eating, I heard the kitchen crews were singing along to the song on air. Its a bit annoying. They were supposed to concentrate on the work at hand.
Overall is okay.

Update : Kalau tak salah ini dah kali ketiga mereka berpindah tetapi masih dalam kawasan Masjid Daerah Barat Daya. Kini mereka telah beroperasi di dua lot kedai dalam Astaka Masjid Daerah Barat Daya, Balik Pulau.
Suasana di sini lebih secure, kalau hari hujan mahupun ribut tidaklah akan berlaku kejadian yang tidak diingini. Namun dining area di bahagian dalam boleh jadi agak panas walaupun ada kipas siling. Harap owner dapat menyediakan industrial standing fan supaya dapat menyejukkan sedikit suasana agar pelanggan dapat menjamu selera dengan selesa.
