Pada mulanya saya ada beberapa kali menggunakan perkhidmatan Skynet ni.. Setakat ni belum pernah ada delay on delivery kalau di kawasan saya (Petaling Jaya)..

Selepas itu, saya terus buka akaun & menggunakan service Skynet ni untuk penghantaran barang² pelanggan saya..

Setakat ni Alhamdulillah Skynet adalah yang terbaik untuk saya..
I have consistently received excellent service from Skynet, my parcels always arrive on time and sometimes even earlier than scheduled.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Ms. Raihana for her exceptional assistance. Her dedication and efficiency have made my interactions truly pleasant and efficient.

dah banyak kali hantar barang guna skynet ni, mula2 cuma nak try je sekali dua kali, tapi barang sentiasa sampai hari yang seterusnya, walaupun mahal sikit. barang dihantar pun sampai dalam keadaan yang baik walaupun hantar barang/makanan yang sensitif. harapnya skynet jaga dia punya performance sampai bila2 lah
Walaupun barang besar & berat tapi barang sampai dalam keadaan baik. Driver siap tolong hantar sampai depan pintu and tak tinggalkan pun dekat depan pagar rumah.
If only there's Zero Star to rate, i would. My parcel had been "rescheduled" So many times i lost my patience. When i call the CS, Apparently they highly appreciate it if we can collect the item at their warehouse ourselves. Useless, disappointed.
Note: my parcel is stucks at melawati branch. Please take action to improve.
Hayyo. Don't know who's fault was this. Up until 4 times my parcel (there was a food) was rescheduled to be sent. I was waiting everyday. Until I got it, my food was spoiled. Rosak suda, tidak boleh dimakan suda.
Service teruk, payment nak full tapi hantar barang tak sampai rumah. Kne pulak ambil brg kat ofis. Buang masa, buang tenaga n buang duit.
Bad service and expensive. They don't deliver to home in Mersing. You have to pick up at office. The office worker very lazy and double standards. When I go to the office to sent 3 parcels, there is no customer. But they ask me to write the details myself on the delivery form. Then, a regular customer walk in. All the customer need to do just drop the parcel and pay. They help write the form. Then when they saw that I write very slow, they help write the form for the rest. My handwriting is bad, I not familiar with the form and lastly the pen provided have been dropped so many times, that why I wrote slowly.

I'd like to share my feedback on your service. Actually, I had a couple experiences with Skynet. I continue to use your service because I find it easy to interact with your customer care. The customer service feedback and response times were faster than those of other couriers I used. I'm pleased with that. And delivery was faster and met my expectations. Hang memang tak reti angkat call ke hokharam. Rupa busy terok sangat. Kat shopee dah delivered, nokharam barang tak sampai lagi. Hang buat keje macam mana ni hanat
Please do not use this logistics because over due date delivery and calling many times nobody pick up ..It's bad service .. if nobody can handle all the issue . Close the company . Stay at home .
Courier service paling teruk dekat malaysia. Please lah shopee jangan kerjasama dgn Courier ni utk parcel dari overseas. Tunggu dahla lama, sampai dekat transit peram lagi barang. Then tau² parcel lost in transit. Wasting my time. I beli barang tu time promo tau. Nak dapat harga murah bukan mudah. U all senang² bagi hilang barang customer!
4 barang aku sangkut kat ipoh sub lebih 2 minggu..tiba2 shopee bg notification kata parcel lost in transit...dh la barang urgent..harga mahal.. apa punya servis la korang ni..aku rugi banyak taw takk
kenapa la overseas tak bagi j&t je handle..menyampah betul tgk courier ni..asyik bnyk cuti je..kalau j&t setiap hari keja barang ambik masa 1 hari je..kalau boleh elakkan la pakai courier ni🤦
Parcel saya tersangkut di Hub Ipoh selama 3 hari dari 30/6 hingga sekarang 3/7 . apa masalahnya.bayar dah ler mahal kenapa Iventory check sampai 3 hari parcel hilang ker.Kalau nak ikutkan satu bintang pun aku tak bagi.
Poor service. It took a month for deliver my item.
Past service is good, this time is preetty bad, phone no shown is useless, my item delayed 1 week at the office, better pick up my self
