worst place ever just make and open pick up. everytime my parcel reach here 9-12 out for delivery can manage to tell me not enuf time. from my house to their hub even i walk there already reach. please ya do something about this place. kajang not really big place obvious management issue. u expect ur custormer to endure this？

I've select to pick up at MBE near my house bcoz worry nobody at house..When your Hub to MBE collection point is only 20 minutes.. From today 16/5/2025 12pm system first update said parcel out of delivery..

Funny things coming, in the same say 1028pm system update parcel delivery unsuccessful..1037pm parcel arrived Kajang Hub, 1053pm parcel out for delivery .. In the same time 1053pm delivery unsuccessful...1119pm parcel bk to Kajang Hub pulak and in the same time 1119pm update said my parcel returned to seller due to unsuccessful delivery

Who's going to open during this for collection point?

Very bad service.. one week delay.. had to call and escalate to get the parcel. Buat kerja mcm apa ntahhh !

Very bad service.
As my parcel could not be delivered on the specific date so I decided to go to the warehouse to pick it up myself but was told that I can't be there to pick it up personally because it no longer allowed such personal pick-up service anymore.
So much for my frustration that I paid for.

worst parcel delivery hub ever. hold my parcel almost 2 weeks. from KL to Kajang only. freaking lousy hub. boycot shopee. will use lazada and tiktok after this. tolol.

can shut down this stupid hub la. I went to the hub and they can’t even find my parcel and giving me 100 reason that the parcel it’s not our area, the parcel will be delivered in few more days, come on la. Atleast gv a better reason lol . Better if there is no Kajang Hub.
