It was truly unpleasant experience. We had to wait almost an hour waiting to be served despite not many customers at the time. It was an embarrassing for me and my guests. Every meal served one by one and it took long time until we finished the main course, then the salad came to our table. So irritating. This is my last visit and would advice those who appreciate time to think twice before coming.
Honestly, the foods were really good and it was really well prepared. The portions are just nice, enough for sharing. The adani tea was really good and is a must try. The staffs are really helpful and quite professional in handling the orders and customers. The ambience are good, with the fine dining setup, just the music seems to be loud at times. Located at Jalan Nagasari near Changkat Bukit Bintang.
Enjoyed a family dinner after night shopping along lively Bukit Bintang Walk. Juicy Shawarma Kebab, Falafeel & Ice Latte. Good Food, Fast Service, Friendly Staff & Great Ambiance. Eat, drink, people watching, city lights with loud happening middle eastern music. Must try.
Food are good. Just the restaurant is a bit, just a tad bit stuffy (my personal view). And open space at centre is risky with dust & bird guano from above. Air cond room is ok. And also good that thet have prayer room too.
Top on the ambiance. Very exclusive and nice. Quiet and privacy too! Just wish it matches the food. The rice is bland. We ordered Khabsa and Beriani and bith taste the same. Slow service too!

Rather disappointed with the service at this outlet. 1. We had to ask a number of times for the three set of plates that we were short. 2. We were a large party of 10 and we were told to be seated near to the washing area. However, one of the restaurant helpers kept on walking past us and even had the audacity to tell one of us to move our seat since she had to move back and forth. It was not our choice to be seated there. 3. The last straw was when the service worker was so quick at clearing our table when we were STILL eating and have not finished our meal. For a reputable restaurant, I think there needs to be better training for their staff.

THE WORST ARABIC RESTAURANT!

I’m a fan for arabic cuisine and have been to places like UAE, Saudi, Oman but this restaurant manages to claim as the worst arabic restaurant in the world.
First of all, the price is way above average. I wouldn’t mind to pay if the taste, service is top notch but here the taste if bad! Hummus is bad, the rice is dry. Kunafa is another level of disappointment. Look at the pic. Rubbish!
Second, to my suprise the rice didnt come with the tomato sauce (normally comes with mandi rice) and it is an add on means to pay extra. Never in my life i have to pay for tomato sauce for mandi rice. Some restaurant even provide pre refill.
So if you are hungry please go to jalan ampang there are plenty of arabic restaurant that are tasty and worth the money. I wonder how it got a good rating in review but save you money elsewhere.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was 100/10. We were assisted by Mohamed and Abulrahman, they are very helpful and respectful. Special thanks to them. The music list in the place is spectacular.
Always having the best experience ever here! Food is the best, fast service, great ambience, friendly waiters, I also was amazed by the good quality of wooden high baby chair provided with a tray which was so comfortable for a toddler to feed herself! I would like to thank also for the gift provided to my toddler, so nice of u! Kindness was beyond expectations!
Excellent service and atmosphere! Food is also very good. A place of heaven away from the crowed Bukit Bintang.
After a long meeting, we were famished and needed to refuel. Hummus and Tabouleh with their flat bread to munch on while debriefing was so so right. The hummus was so smooth with loads of olive oil and lemon slices on top.
Everyone shared the mixed grill platter which was so generous and yummy while it was hot.
The big prawns were a tad dry though.
We all enjoyed the Arabic tea too.

I mean, what happen with this joint, last time it was great experience? Where are all the arabs servers? Now all bangla, pls get them to wear deodorant. Their body smells. First, i was not not allowed to bring my folded bike in, after convince the bike can be folded, only then they allow it to put near the enterance, service was average, food wise, i was served chic shawarma with tomato sauce😂, but the pizza was good, fries were so so not that great. Overall 3 star for me, i was bringing my friends from putrajaya and was not a good rep for me.
Service is without a doubt, top notch. From the moment we walked in, to the time food was served, and subsequently our departure, the lovely server helping us was perpetually holding a smile on his face and ever ready to help.

Always a pleasure eating at this location. The grape-mint shisha, lamb cubes, lamb shawarma, lamb kebabs and humus with nan bread is always fresh and delicious. I would recommend this location to everyone as everything I’ve had off the menu, including watermelon juice, has been exceptionally good. I enjoyed the decor and being able to people watch through the vast windows facing the street was a welcomed touch, especially when it rained.
My friend and I randomly looking for heavy food at midnight around Jalan Changkat and this one kinda got our eyes!

there were many awesome foods and drinks. we were able to eat cool inside and could smoke shisha outside I recommend a lamb couscous
It’s my second time here, foods and services still the best for me. If you’ve never try Lebanese cuisine this is the right place for you. However, the Chocolate Jumbo Kunafa is quite pricey and it costs RM140, but the taste is real good.

Great food, great staff and very attentive. Good first time experience eating here. Personally, maybe the background music a little bit too loud. But some might be okay with it.
The restaurant is good for its Mediterranean dishes. The service was quick enough but the waiters seemed a bit arrogant. Food tasted good even though the quality was not upto the mark. Seating is available inside and outside, but only limited.
I am a regular here, i don’t think of other restaurant when it comes to enjoy my Arab food, Hadramawt Kitchen is always in my mind. Delicious food, excellent and fast service from the staff and peaceful ambience. Ahmad Sanad one of the staff who always welcome us with “non stop” sweet smile. I suggest everyone to try this awesome restaurant. Not to forget their stress-healing desert 😊

A great Middle Eastern food in the heart of the city and it serves good food and drinks, but of all the rice dishes stood out the most to us. It was new and a very delightful experience for me and my family. Absolutely do come here

What's the point of having many staffs and when u call to order, the person comes to you to tell you that he will send another staff to take the order? Perhaps, it is language barrier?

Was here for Buka puasa, the spread is amazing, delicious, n wide variety. I love their briyani , can just eat rice alone n it's addictive. The masala chai was great. Love the service n attentive stewards. Nice ambience.

Great restaurant serving arab food. Ordered chicken mandy, lamb kabsa, and fruit juices were all delicious. Dine in for 6 can be for 8 portions (therefore serving is big)
The combination of mandi lamb and the tabouleh is amazing though mandi lamb by itself is just average. The rest of the food are amazing. That Arabian bread pairing with the aubergine and meatballs is insanely delicious. The best of them all is the dessert - Palestinian sweet cheese, the mild pistachio taste with the soft cheese consistency is just out of the world, it's nothing like what I've tasted before.
Only one downside is the service is that some workers seem very blur and don't understand when questions are prompted. Also, asking for a glass of iced water took like 20 minutes for some strange reason.
One side note for other customers, parking is easily just there at the opposite street. There's a bunch of guys who will guide you to parking, just let them know that you're dining in here and you get a free parking.

Saya cuba Mandy Lamb dan Mandy Chicken, alhamdulillaah sedap. Lamb dimasak dengan baik, cukup lembut dan cukup rasa. Ayam juga sama.
Nasi memang guna beras panjang, bukan campuran.. Lembut dan gebu. Makan nasi saja pun dah sedap. Ada rasa smoky sikit, yang saya memang suka (tapi sesetengah orang tak minat kot-boleh try kabsah).
Yang rare sikit, jus kismis (raisin juice). Dia seumpama kismis, kekacang, madu, di blend sekaligus. Kemudian ada tabur lagi kekacang di atas (badam, gajus dll). Ada 1 layer di bawah macam ada minyak zaitun. Memang unik. Macam hybrid dessert/healthy smoothie. Perlu kacau betul2 sebelum minum.
Next time nak cuba avocado pula.
Ada juga 1 cafe dalam restoran, Kofika, bagi peminat freshly brewed coffee. Dessert seperti baklava juga ada dijual.

Servis, lokasi di tengah2 KL, dan portion makanan, range harga sederhana ke tinggi (bergantung pada menu yang dipilih). Overall berpatutan. Special occasion, reward, sangat sesuai tempat ni.

The interior so rich-vibe but slack of cleanliness. Table not clean right away after cust left & the dirty glasses full at the bar. Uncomfortable to dine in
Best Turkish food we have tried for a long time. The service is top notch and our family has enjoyed ourself here. Will definitely come again the next time we are in KL.

One of my best restaurant, delicious food, affordable price, clean place, and kind staff. We always choose it for family gathering. I highly recommended to try their food.
Nice ambiance, we stumbled on this restaurant when we were in the hood. Loved Hommus Beiruti, could be one of the best hommus in town we ever had. Lamb chop was very good, good flavour, tender but chewy. The strawberry pineapple juice was nice balanced but not very cold. The grilled fish on the other hand was a bit disappointing, kind of burned, dry and plain for me. Would come back again to try other dishes.
Actually, it's one of the most famous restaurants in KL. The food was delicious, and the taste was quite authentic. However, I wish they would serve dishes like Shakerya with white rice on a plate, as is traditionally done, instead of with vegetables. Please note that you are not just bringing Syrian food to Malaysia; you are introducing and sharing culture with others.

Our first time here. Tried their lamb hummus menu that came with bread. It was so delicious that I forgot to snap a picture. Great combination, and the bread is perfect. Recommended! Another menu we tried was the roast chicken with basmati rice, and it was so plain, tasteless. Small serving, and the price is on the higher side. Total cost with 2 fresh orange at RM75.

In the Ramadan, they offer buffet dinner with a less price offer. Buffet foods are also very fresh and tasty with lots of items like soups, different kinda starters, Main course and mouth watering desserts. They serve Arabian tea and juices too.

Das Essen war kalt! Der Reis war teilweise klebrig. Das Brot war dafür sehr lecker und guten arabischen Minztee gab es auch!
