One of the worst delivery hub ever... I've had bad experience with J&T once or twice but this hub manager must be a favourite at Shopee Express.. they never improve even after so many bad reviews.. so many times the parcel will sit at their hub without delivery for days or when it's out for delivery, it will end up undeliverable until the next day! Sometimes it's prompt but mostly...🤦
Servis penghantaran yg sgt lambat. Peram barang dekat hub punya lama. Bila check tracking dh out for delivery. Tapi tak hntar2 pun. Baik tutup ja la
I’m unsure on how much I can believe the delivery status in shopee after reviewing all the bad comments about yhis hub. Poor quality and inefficiency of their production lead to high cost and high customer dissatisfaction.
I’m one of the consumer who is badly impacted when the parcel that was suppose to be delivered on 6June shows that the delivery was attempted but unsuccessful , and the picture shown was just the parcel itself. No proof as to the reason why it was unsuccessful. Until today my parcel status shows it is with the hub. if I do not receive the parcel by tomorrow (10 June) I’ll contact shoppe HQ to demand for immediate action against this hub.
Very bad slow. Poor service. Barang kena peram dah 3 hari. Ingat nak collect sendiri. Sekali pergi, tutup. Tanya kedai sebelah, dia kata dah pindah. Takda notis apa pun. Dah pindah pun tak bagitahu. Habis masa, duit. Pelik kalau barang kita dimaklumkan beritahu kat OUG hub tapi yang sebenar kat tempat lain. Setakat tulis ni, barang masih belum bergerak.
Seminggu dah ni tunggu..barang boleh sampai 3 hari je, tapi oug peram barang lama2.. asyik patah balik je.. lembap la ! Org nak guna barang bukan beli saje!

Just experienced what you guys mentioned in most of the reviews, I thought I would hv escape the ordeal when I saw my status 'out for delivery' but 2 hrs later 'unsuccessful attempt '. Excuse me, hello! What attempt was made pls? I had been waiting since I knew it was out. So, this means sorry to use cheras folks, better not shop online, safe you the stress and anger by just buying elsewhere or just buy fr a physical store. Not a fan of online shopping and this experience reiterated why...And you guys are right! This is not even worth 1 star.

Barang i dh sampai, 2x unit waterproof phone case delivered by Kak Wani yg selalu handle Taman Section kitorng, terima kasih byk2 sbb mmng cun service drpd Kak Wani, bertanggungjawab serta barang yang hantar selalu cantek packaging.

Pov: alamat yg OUG ni dah tukar, kena seach 'New OUG Hub' , baru dpt ya
sidai is real.. 2 hari out for delivery dh.. tunda lg utk esk pnya delivery.. kita tngok brapa lama nk smpai.. kurier lain dh smpai lama dh padahal order smpai kulim hr yg sama..
My first purchase got return to the seller because of ‘insufficient time’ delivery. Then I purchase the same thing again and still with the same reason ‘insufficient time’ and this time not 1 parcel but 2 different parcel. Imagine if I need to purchase for the 3rd time? The delivery so slow.
A super bad company is not worth giving any star at all. Their environment is like a garbage dump. I witnessed the employees inside throw our packages on the ground like garbage. The employees inside don't even work hard and throw our packages around. Think about it. What if there are valuable items in it? This is a completely untrustworthy company. It is completely insecure to use this company for mailing. There is no decent work management here at all. They open a table and put a mobile phone at will, and they start to work. They are not professional at all.
Called shoppee online support team and noted self collect also cannot do it cuz previously buyers steal other people's parcel.

This means cheras hub is not organized to look for the item easily. If all items are organized and can be found easily, they won't have this issue. Counter people can just get the tracking number and get the item for the buyer instead of letting buyer to go in and look for the item itself.

In the first place self collection is not even needed since all items that reached the hub belongs to cheras customer, just need to organize items by which area of cheras and perform the required delivery. Quality control is not there, soon become another KFC.

If the place is this messy, won't this lead to workplace hazard? No visit from HQ to control?
It's a terrible environment!

My first order at this place was bitten by mice due to delayed delivery. After returning the item and reordering, there's another delay. To prevent such tragedy from happening again, I drove there myself to pick up the goods and discovered the state of the environment.

To Shopee: If you think running a delivery company only requires providing a place to store items without caring about environmental hygiene, etc., you might exit the market before being phased out.

Consumers who buy food on Shopee, if you're worried about whether your food will be contaminated and affect your health, I suggest you reconsider before placing your order.
This is how the SPX express delivery guy treat my parcel. Always delay, reschedule to send. I saw he was driving a car for the delivery. Rain don't affect him much. Out of 5 parcels with SPX, 2 will have such issue. Out for delivery for the whole day, then they will use any kind of reason not sending it. Gonna give one star to the seller using SPX now. And Shopee forced seller use their SPX Express, and thus seller do not have any option on delivery partner. We are paying logistics SST now and having such bad service. Should lodge a report in consumer tribunal soon.

So stupid dont even know how to well organize all the staff. You should know when festive time order vol is high then you wait all the malay staff to deliver after raya??!! BODOH LA KAN
Worst service. My parcel reached the hub on the 5th itself. Was supposed to be delivered on 8th but till today its not out for delivery. Everyday the date to receive just changes to the next day. Parcels that was delivered by DHL and Ninja Van still came on time. Shoppe Express really provides bad service and should not commit if can't adhere to the time line. When contact customer service, they just give their standard script and say will expedite but no outcome till now. Shoppe should revert to the old way where buyers get to select the delivery partner for the parcels. Considering that it's PH for next 2 days, looks like parcel would only arrive next week.

BAD SERVICE! Usually kalau beli barang J&T akn driver ikut address even beli dekat Shopee or online. Tp delivery guy dia boleh kata saya letak alamat salah? Sedangkan slamat yg sama digunakan oleh courier lain. Bullsh*t menyusahkn org

Call / ws / ketuk rumah pun tak ada. Tahu tahu parcel tengah koridor macamni. Buat kerja elok sikit. Kita beli barang & bayar postage.

Kalau barang hilang sah sah la shopee taknak layan sebab dia cerdik ambil gambar parcel dengan no rumah tapi letak parcel tengah koridor macamtu. Servis hauk!!
I wish i could give 0 star but its okay. the service is so bad. it says my address/postcode is incorrect but then again, this is not the first time i ordered from shopee and have been using the same delivery address. then i talked to the CS and provided them again with my address and when my parcel is out for delivery the next day the courier gave the same reason. and the worst part is it has been their 3rd attempt to deliver but i still cannot cancel my order.
First delivery attempt failed but no reason was given. 2nd attempt only 1 missed call and no whatsapp inquiry was sent and item was sent back to your warehouse. Might as well pass my item to different courier service and let them do a better job and let SPX dismantle forever
Menatang bodoh ni dah tukar tempat. Search kat maps : OS3 Club. Ko jumpa kedai mee celup belah kiri, ko masuk sampai hujung. Ko jumpa bangunan bodo sakai ni kat situ
Dealing with these branches is a total headache! My parcels, especially the slightly bigger or heavier ones (like cat food), have been delayed multiple times. It's like a recurring nightmare, especially during peak times when they can't seem to meet the delivery schedule. You wait all day, and guess what? They forget about it, and you end up having to queue again the next day. Shopee management, you seriously need to reevaluate this outlet – it's a hot mess!
Worst shopee services . The top management is shopee are sleeping or ignorant. They are ignoring feedback from customers. Keep my parcel so long and not delivering . Call shopee call center also no use . Only say make report . Thats all. Bunch or incompetent people working .

Shopee top management and directors better close down your delivery business and leave it to J&T or other courier services. You guys cant run this business and in future show some respect and care towards your customers. Clearly focus on money making only .
Worst service. Very late delivery service. before this i order from shopee different places it will deliver fastly. My parcel it's already in delivery hub but they didn't make parcel out for delivery. Better don't take this service if you guys need parcel urgent.
“ Address incomplete “ , padahal address sama ja dengan parcel courier lain . Elok ja courier lain delivered sampai depan rumah . Tak tahula malas ke apa . Pergi pick up , layanan staf perempuan tu 👎🏻 Terima kasih apa pun tak , nampak cust pegang benda berat tak ada common sense nak tolong bukakan pintu ke apa .

Shopee Cheras Hub looks like a recycling collection centre. Tens of thousands of parcels on the floor. Parcels are handled poorly without care.

Don't waste your time going here thinking they will find your parcel. Workers are nice but it's beyond their control.

What I don't understand why Shopee Express didn't use other delivery partners if the are overwhelmed? My parcels is stuck for days at their warehouse.
