I’ve stayed at the Marriott Riyadh Airport three times now, and each visit surpasses the last! The service here is consistently top-notch, and the rooms are always impeccably clean. Breakfast is a particular highlight—thank you, Geraldine, for making every morning so enjoyable with your warm hospitality.

A special thanks to Khalid for the outstanding service throughout my stay. Your dedication and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart.

One suggestion I have is to consider extending the swimming pool hours. For those of us who work long hours, it would be great to unwind with a swim after returning to the hotel.

Overall, I highly recommend the Marriott Riyadh Airport to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. I can’t wait to return for my next visit!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Reception staff were amazing always helpful and ever smiling. The food was fresh and delicious for all the 40days of my stay. Chef Zuhaib has wonderful skills i had the best korean beef so far. The restaurant staff namely Mariel, Jojo, James and Aileen made my experience great, their service was excellent and more importantly they enjoyed doing what they do best. Keep the good spirits and God Bless You all .

The hotel director is fantastic. I noticed she takes the time to greet all tables during breakfast while she engages with guests. It feels more like home rather than a regular hotel. I come back as often as possible. Sometimes just for a coffee, a staycay or even to visit friends staying here.

Friendly staff, reasonable property. Suits only if you are interested in staying at airport so that you can catch an early morning flight. It's far away from city center.

During my stay at the Marriott DQ, I had the pleasure of interacting with an exceptional staff who truly went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable.

The housekeeping team was superb, attending to every detail and ensuring that my room felt like a second home. Their attentiveness made it feel as close to home as possible. I want to give special thanks to Rashed, Chirag, and Atul for their exemplary service under the leadership of Janbaz ensured that my stay was comfortable and stress-free.

The breakfast at Goji Kitchen is in a league of its own. Whether you're maintaining a healthy lifestyle with fresh fruits and vegetables, indulging in freshly baked goods, or enjoying cold cuts, the choices are endless. The Arabian breakfast, eggs made to order, and a hearty selection of sausages (chicken, lamb, or beef) and beef bacon cater to every palate. For those with young, picky eaters, the pancakes and waffles with various toppings are sure to please. The chefs at Goji Kitchen are remarkable, but I'd like to single out Chef Vincent for his diverse and delicious creations, and Chef Akter, whose Indian cuisine is phenomenal—on par with the best Indian food I've had in Saudi Arabia. The service is equally exceptional, with Marvin and Yograj providing attentive care, remembering guest routines, and making each meal delightful. They, along with Jay, are particular about health and hygiene, ensuring an immaculate dining experience. All of this excellence is under the astute leadership of Mr. Mohammed, who greets every guest with a warm smile in his suit.

The Executive Lounge offered a top-tier experience, largely due to Joel, the Jack of all Trades of hospitality. Joel’s friendly demeanor, keen memory for guest preferences, and willingness to assist with all manner of tasks, especially operating the coffee machines, made each visit pleasant for guest. His cheerful attitude was always a highlight. During my stay, the quality of the food in the lounge improved significantly. However, I did notice that some guests missed the Perrier carbonated water, which had been replaced with another brand.

Ashiref made a lasting impression from day one, always ready to help with bags, suitcases, food, or any other need, ensuring a hassle-free journey to my room and engaging in wonderful conversations.

The car valet service was outstanding. Each time I picked up my car, the seat and air conditioning were just as I left them, ensuring a comfortable drive. Special thanks to Emon, Hussaim, Richard, Abbul, Shabbir, and Bilal for their excellent service and attention to detail.

Every morning, Momun exemplified dedication by promptly opening the Saray Spa’s gym and ensuring everything was in order. His attention to detail ensured that clean towels were available, the gym was spotless, and hydration stations were well-stocked. The spa manager’s consistent warm greetings and updates on spa specials added a personal touch that enhanced my experience during my stay.

The front desk staff were efficient and professional, ensuring that I was always informed about my billing and addressing any concerns promptly. A special thank you to Ahmed and Ali for their attentive service. Reem from AYS (Marriott chat system) provided invaluable assistance with various requests, making my stay even more comfortable.

The maintenance team worked tirelessly to keep the hotel in prime condition. However, my rest was occasionally interrupted by false positive fire alarm in my room multiple times. Although inconvenient, the loud alarms assured me of my safety. Quality Manager Minna addressed the issue by promising Marriott points for each disrupted night, which helped ease my frustration.

Marriott DQ's greeters, especially Saad, ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel manager’s dedication to promoting fitness among guests was clear and appreciated, helping me stay on track with my fitness goals.

In summary, my stay at the Marriott DQ was made extraordinary by the phenomenal staff and their commitment to excellence in every aspect of hospitality.
My stay was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. At the restaurant food and service was amazing especially thanks to
Jojo, Mariel, mike, James and chief Zohaib. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the beautiful dessert view from my room. I will definitely be returning!
I was charged twice for my stay and 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund with absolutely zero response to my repeated follow up emails to the hotel front office. This is fraud and unacceptable for any hotel group let alone being a Marriott property. Repeated requests to the Ambassador team has also not yielded any result. Best to avoid this property as no customer service whatsoever.

The staff welcomed us with genuine delight and friendliness, providing service that surpassed customer satisfaction while demonstrating equal treatment to all patrons. I hope their exceptional service is a result of the restaurant's established protocols rather than solely because they were serving fellow Filipinos.

The Market Place restaurant is spacious, allowing customers to move freely. It is well-lit and tastefully decorated, enhancing its attractiveness. The ambient, relaxing music further contributes to the calming and enchanting atmosphere.

We enjoyed a continental breakfast that was exceptionally delicious, prompting a desire for a second helping. The chef who prepared my omelet was attentive and friendly, making me want to linger and indulge even more. The café latte was as addictive as those from the best external cafes, leading me to consume four cups.

Everything, from the food to the customer service, was executed flawlessly, deserving a high rating of 5.
I recently stayed at the Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter and was thoroughly impressed with both the room and the service. From the very smooth and welcoming reception to the thoughtful gestures, everything was exceptional.

The welcoming sweet was simply amazing and perfectly timed. Just as we finished lunch and were planning to go out for coffee and dessert, a server knocked on our door and presented us with the best macarons I have ever tasted. This level of attention to detail truly enhanced our experience, making our stay memorable.

The Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter offers unparalleled service and hospitality. Highly recommended!
Very easy to get to from the airport. Not too long a drive to downtown. Quiet place despite being close to the airport. Staff is super friendly and always tries to please you. The pool area is spacious. I would also like to point out that the pool area is not cleaned until very late. If you like to sit outside by the pool after breakfast, you will find remains of the previous night in the form of rubbish. What a shame. Otherwise, highly recommended, I will be back.
Sehr schönes Hotel, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal
Insgesamt fand ich das Hotel gut, jedoch etwas unter meinen Erwartungen.

Sehr gut bzw. herausragend war:
• die Executive Lounge im UF, die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die lounge ist sehr modern und großzügig gestaltet. Frühstücksbuffet perfekt.
• als Diamond Mitglied gab es 72h vor Ankunft ein automatisches Upgrade

Gut fand ich:
• die Lage, direkt neben der Granadia Mall (die Fußgängerbrücke ist jedoch nicht in Betrieb)

Nicht gut fand ich:
• dass das Siegel (von Hilton CleanStay) bei erstmaligen Betreten des Zimmers abgerissen war.
• das Zimmer wirklich nicht gut gereinigt wurde (z.B. war der Tisch sehr dreckig)
• dass einige Amenities nicht zur Verfügung standen, z.B.
• dass mein beim Digital Check In ausgewähltes Zimmer grundlos durch ein anderes ersetzt wurde (obwohl Ankunft sehr spät am Abend war).
• dass man als loyaler Kunde nicht willkommen geheißen wurde und beim Check-In nichts über die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels informiert wird.
• dass man als nicht arabisch sprechender Kunde (zum Mindest gefühlt) benachteiligt wird!!

Da die Executive Lounge bei mir richtig Punkten konnte, empfehle ich dieses Hotel dennoch (vor allem für jene mit Zugang zu dieser)
Tolles Hotel. Das kaum Wünsche offen lässt.
Maerchenschloss. Ich habe schon viele schoene Haeuser gesehen. Auch in Dubai etc. Das Haus toppt alles. Empfehlenswert die Cigarrelounge.
