I am generally not an enjoyer of modern art, so I came here to challenge myself. A good choice!! This is such a great museum, with thoughtful design and some really cool artists on display. Absolutely a great choice for stockholm if you only have a few days and want to catch something different.
Very interesting work, and special exhibitions, well organized , if you like unusual and modern art this the place to go to
I’m not really sure how I should feel after visiting this museum. Some parts of the museum were under construction (closed at the time). Not many signs to get around in a logical and simple way. Some world-famous artists, but mostly local art pieces. At least the ticket price was not the worst.
What a delightful place. Loved the Art Brut. The sculpture garden is astounding, so much beautiful work. Good cafe. Top of my list of Stockholm museums.
Moderna Museet in Stockholm is a renowned museum dedicated to modern and contemporary art, featuring an extensive collection of works by prominent artists such as Picasso, Dali, and Warhol. Visiting the museum, I was impressed by the diverse exhibits, ranging from paintings and sculptures to photography and multimedia installations, all set within a beautifully designed space that enhances the experience of exploring modern art.
I thoroughly enjoyed the exhibitions on the first floor of modern museum the way they are displayed is impressive and engaging. However, the downstairs exhibitions weren't as captivating or interesting as those on the top floor. The souvenir shop, on the other hand, offers some amazing and intriguing items, making it a delightful end to the visit.
Don’t remember how much I enjoyed an outdoor museum this much. New must for Stockholm visitors

It may differ from a 'typical' modern art gallery. Some people may be interested in new display methods and curatorial ideas, while others may find it confusing. The restaurant is a plus to my visit.
Husby Gård är en av de bästa stället i Järva! Det fins en konsthall där och idag de hade väldigt finna konstart där med gratis fika och allt.
Vi brukar gå dit hemifrån varje lördag. Vi dricker kaffe där och barnet leker på lekplatsen och vi njuter av det.

Of course it is a place worth visiting. However, I think that the best time to visit the gardens, when everything is in bloom, will be summer. There is a restaurant on site with good food, including coffee, snacks and cakes. Additionally, we visit the House of the artist Carl Milles. Inside there is a collection of antiques and sculptures.
Världens bästa plats
I would say this is our favorite spot in Stockholm over our weekend trip. We came in right before the sunset and the views in the garden were amazing. It's a magical realm where the artist Milles and his wife made their fantasies into reality as well as their forever resting place. Location-wise, it's a bit out of the way from central Stockholm but definitely worth the time and effort.
A very nice place and Bernt is an interesting person to chat to about photography. There are lots of great photos to check out as well as regular exhibitions.
Millesgarden is one of the most beautiful places in Stockholm, the genius of Carl Milles is here represented in an amazing theatrical terrace on the water. Exhibitions are always of great quality. Don't miss this place!
Definitely one of my favourites, nice atmosphere and sculptures, good exhibition of inspiration by the textile artist Kaffe, when we were there. Small department for buying gifts or for yourself. There is a restaurant with perfectly prepared food, incl. coffee and accessories. Highly recommended all seasons.
Ett mycket sevärt foto galleri värt ett besök
Alltid spännande utställningar. Utställningen med Årets bild 2020 skildrade det hemska året genom fantastiska bilder. Missa den inte!
Själva lokalen är helt ok, men tyvärr så är det skrämmande dålig personal, med fokus på skrämmande och rent av hotfulla. Rekommenderas ej.

Jeg så yndefulde fotos af Pieter Ten Hoopen, og blev rørt over de frygtelige historier disse børn gennemgår, når de mister deres barndom og bliver forældre i så ung en alder. Flotte lokaler i den gamle bank, find den tæt ved Slussen.
