Bad attitude from the store manager if he is the real store manager as he claimed.
بعض الموظفين تعاملهم ممتاز و بعضهم لا
Tumi/Kanyon'daki kaçıncı alışverişim bilmiyorum ancak hem Ürünlerin kalitesi hem de başta Damla Hanım olmak üzere satış personelin güler yüzlü halleri, ilgili ve çözüm odaklı davranışları beni alışverişlerimi orada yapmaya teşvik emektedir. Çok sık seyahat eden biri olarak oluşan Tumi koleksyonumdan çok memnunum.

I had no purchase from the store as the prices were really exorbitant in comparison with airport taxfree store
They charged me 750 euro more then needed. Don’t respond to any phone calls or emails. Terrible
The security guy, just did not let me with my daughter inside with reason that shop is busy, with nobody inside. P.S. I have enough money to buy stuff like that, but now no will to come back again.

Very bad services! I wanted to buy a leathers belt, seem like they didn't really care and they didn't have many stocks available too.. So I bought the one from a display!! Also they didn't give me a box too..! I shouldn't shopped there..I feel very regrets now and disappointed!!
Son derece saygısız çalışanları var yardımcı olmak yerine müşteriyi tersliyorlar. Zorlu şubesi çalışanlarına müşteriye davranış eğitimi verilmesi çok güzel olabilir. Birşey alamadan çıktım.

I came to buy the bag in August, I got a bag without a paper box! They told me they don’t give it in this airport?! I just got dust bag.
Other time I came to buy another bag, I wanted never full pm, they were to lazy to check about it, they just offer me MM. I bought it anyways because the price was good but service poor!!!!
yesterday me and my boyfriend came to check some bags again, their denied our entrance saying they are too busy!!! This kind of shop shouldn’t have staff like this!

في هذا الوقت اعتقد الفرع الكبير الي في الدور الثالث يترمم او شي زي كذى. لكن خذلنا واحد في الدور الثاني وخذينا منه شوز ومحفظة رجالية. عاد قوتشي ما يحتاج، عظيم.

The staff is unhelpful and uncommercial. Upon entering the shop, a staff member greets us with "sorry we have a small waiting list, would you like to register?". The shop is virtually empty. Is this a way of snubbing customers (never experienced it before), or just avoiding to work?
Very nice and very helpful. I enjoyed this store and its staff.
