I ordered 2 kilts for my 4 year old twins. They were excited to finally have their own kilts to wear with daddy at the highland games. I also paid for the 2-4 day shipping to make sure I got them in time. After 3 DAYS, I get an email saying that they are out of stock and are issuing a refund. Now, I can't order anything else in time, and my boys are disappointed and upset. Refunds don't matter to 4 year olds, results do. It should have shown on the website that it was out of stock. At the least, it should have been found out of stock and notified to me within a day. OR... offer another option similar. I should have checked the reviews before hand. This company does not care about customers, just numbers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Ordered two blankets online both beautiful and fast delivery. I had an issue with one of the blankets due to a manufacturing fault. This was dealt with promptly and efficiently and a refund was issued . Would absolutely recommend this company. Customer service was spot on. Thank you
Absolutely disgusted with this company. Postal of my order was 2 weeks late. Also the quality of the gloves are shocking. We have an issue with stitching being poor finger shapes have been cut badly. I wouldn’t mind but these gloves should have been “£80”. They have refused to arrange a collection and resolve. I have sent photos over to them showing the faults and they claim that they are not faults. Which is really strange when clearly they are and photos show it!!!
Waited 22 days on a 2/3 day delivery for the item. Does not match product description or images. Customer service is appalling always putting ownership back onto the customer like it’s your problem. Not willing to do anything to help the customer. Reporting experience to trading standards. Recommend to avoid purchases from this store if you don’t want bad experiences and a product that you didn’t pay for or want but looks similar.
I went back and forth several times to buy christmas gifts for my friends, and they were very happy to receive them, fantastic😃
