Overall very poor service, no communication and practice manager ignores any escalations. Do not recommend this surgery
we are lost ! Gp sent us to A&E and A&E say go back to GP i don’t know what all these receptionists are doing ? just skipping patients
No issues getting 2 emergency appointments for myself. Friendly , helpful staff.
The nurse today did wonders for us, I am.not sure if I got her name right, but believe I its Saran , she took my wife's blood samples very tactfully without any hassle prior we had horrendous experience
When I phone I always am met with friendly and efficient staff that meet my needs. They have a very difficult job to do with much stress. I just want to say THANK YOU From Russell
New receptionists are uncaring & quite frankly rude. No face to face appts unless Dr decides its "necessary". No disabled facilities on Sundon Park Road surgery. Why move from the one on Tenth Avennue? Unable to get appointment on the day, 3 week wait for telephone appt
