Friendly, professional and courteous staff. Very clean premises. Dentist explained treatment and for someone who has always had a fear of dentists, I felt reassured. Highly recommended
I’m a very nervous patient after bad experiences in the past, but I was put at ease straight away. Lovely friendly staff, hygienist is great and was very gentle with me. Thank you see you in 6months !
My treatment from Dr Haq was excellent. But arranging at very short notice to travel to Luton by train from Norwich was not helped by neither your landline nor your email working reliably.
I am applaud by following my visit today. The prices are astronomical. How is the general public actually ever going to attend a dentist unless you have a lot of money. The government have assisted dentists in made dentristy into a money making business. There is no concern or care about the person and their individual needs.
I visited the Hygenist and a dentist today and I am very impressed with the service, support and guidance I received. Hema is a fantastic Hygienist, who really cares about her patients and their teeth. My teeth have never looked better. Thank you.
Great experience from the very first email. Lovely reception staff, which gave me the gut feeling this was the right place for me to be. I was nervous, but everyone from the receptionists to the doctor were all very kind and reassuring. Only had one appointment so far, but highly recommend.
