From my point of view it is the worst GP I know, there are unprofessional people there who don't even help you with an advice, I don't even mention the appointment because they never made an appointment for me and I called at 08:45 and They told me that they had no more seats. I know people who gave them money for certain services and they didn't even solve those services. Can no one really take action against them?

If i could i would give 0. Getting an appointment= impossible! Reception very , very and once again very rude! Unwilling to help whatsoever. Keep on interrupting while trying to explain. NHS gone down 👎👎👎 this should be illegal. It is doctors duty to help.

Very bad service, I went for an appointment. It was meant for my daughter but mistakenly the appointment booked with my name. My daughter was very sick. I was pleading to them please cancel my appointment and book that slot for my daughter instead. They did not do that. I was feeling like I have been treated most inhuman way.

Can’t get an appointment. Number 19 in the queue, get to number 1 to find you have to book online now. Receptionist sent me the link but they had suspended the eform process because no more appointments available.

Know I have tonsillitis and need penicillin as the last time I felt like this was April 2018. Unfortunately, now have to help care for my almost 90 year old housebound mother with Alzheimer’s. Just don’t know what to do as I’ve been unwell for the past 11 days and feel so ill. Totally, broken system.

Update. 111 sent a doctor out at 10pm. Covid, pus covered throat, nausea, temperature of 39, chills. Given antibiotics and anti sickness pills.

Antibiotics had to be changed 2 days later due to vomiting. Daughter went into the surgery to explain the situation and show prescribed tablets. Was told that ‘nothing’ is dealt with face-to-face and must be done over the phone. With that, she went to her car and rang from there. What a truly farcical and dangerous way to run a medical practice.

Having been with the surgery for several decades here's my honest review

Appointments: it's almost impossible to get an appointment here. You have to call at 8.45 on the dot and even then you could be in the back of the queue, and by time they get to you, they'll say there's no appointments left. Try again tomorrow, and the cycle repeats itself. It feels like winning a lottery trying to get an appointment here.

Consultation with doctors: your experience here depends on who you end up seeing.
Dr shakoor is a 5* doctor. He'll take his time and provide really helpful advice. You'll feel content walking away from talking to him.
Dr Ahmed is nice and often helpful, but seems too quick to dismiss your issues.
Dr Sadiq comes across as most arrogant and least helpful by far. His bedside manners are terrible. No patient care or professionalism in my opinion.

Blood tests: there are usually plenty of appointments available and then nurses/hca are very helpful. No complaints here.
