This surgery is the worst, can’t ever get an appointment no matter how unwell you are. They always tell me to go to out of hours even if I have a minor cut on my leg. All my family have tried to get appointments but no luck. My brother sent a email the manager the manager who contacted him was so rude and condescending. They turned around and said to my brother is it only you that has a problem with our system, and how it works. They cut you off when you called between 9-10 make it out it’s our fault. They have a voice over when you call the doctors to say they have zero tolerance for any disrespect , What happens when you receptionist disrespect us like Aisha and Mariam I think her names was and cut us off the phone while we’re asking a question.They say they have 3 doctors but that’s not true. All the rest of my family have left this surgery now and it looks like I will too. Last time I walked in to The surgery. My mum was told by the hospital that they need a urine sample I asked for a bottle at the surgery. The receptionist refused to give me a bottle because they had no notes and the hospital didn’t request one. It’s a plastic bottle seriously. This doctor has failed me many times waited years thinking they will take me seriously but not been the case We are just at NHS number for them. So frustration as we don’t visit doctors unless it was urgent but get absolutely nothing when we visit but more disappointment. I hardly go to doctors, when I need too it’s so hard to get seen, most hardest part is dealing with the receptionist there so vile. The attitude is disgusting and when you’re frustrated, sometimes you can’t help it and then you get told that you’re being rude or you’re talking over when you’re just trying to make sense of the situation. But they’re allowed to speak to you with zero respect And no remorse.Yet again, we are failed by our own surgery who are most vulnerable too.

All my family have tried to get appointments but no luck. They say they have 5 doctors but that’s not true. All the rest of my family have left this surgery now and it looks like I will too. Last time I was there I was told to give a urine sample however when I went out the doctor took another patient in so when I entered the room there was a man sitting there. This upset me so much. My daughter’s mental heath issues were not taken seriously either, the doctor simply says she is not trained in that field. We waited over a year thinking she has been referred but then told they did not do it. So frustration as we don’t visit doctors unless it was urgent but get absolutely nothing when we visit but more disappointment.

Rude and impatient behavior of the lady at reception, whenever you call them they are rude on the phone it seems like she is unhappy with the work and that frustration impacted on the patients. Kindly change her and assign some one who can listen to the patient and response humble

Honestly the worst Surgery in birmingham. They never answer the phone or have any appointments available . They have a silly rule of phoning in on the day and after waiting such long ques they won't give you an appointment and tell you to phone in again tommorow. It's just a constant cycle and it's just beyond ridiculous. Will definitely be changing surgeries as this one is pointless. Better of waiting at an A and E then scheduling an appointment here !

I had registered with this medical practice online so I called to book an appointment .. I stated "I have registered online yerserday can I book an appointment "? The lady in the office says apparently they don't have an online registration policy and I must have called the wrong practice ..she said it in an agressive and rude way .. Ok if that's true then why has this practice got an online registration form to fill out on their website?
