worst service, there is no way to make an appointment, the phone line is constantly busy, and when someone finally answers the phone there is always one answer... there are no more appointments available, please call tomorrow 😖
It's a shame that i have to write this review. I'm with this GP clinic for around 10 years now, And in last 4 years this place managed to butcher their reputation so badly that i'm considering to look for a new one, closer to my place.
1. I have no complains to nurses, great girls. Keep that way.
2.Their reception dough, not as smoot sailing as it was 5 years ago. Some girls in reception are very ignorant and is hard to deal with them, For around 7 years now, i'm doing my blood test every few months and i need to collect them every single time, so after 7 years, all of a sudden i need to ask to have my bloods printed out as they are not sure if i will collect them (alldogh there is a note on my file that says it needs to be printed out). At the end of last year it took me 3 visits to collect me blood test results. Every single time now, when i'm coming to collect my bloods, it's a lottery if i manage to get them or not.
3. The worst part, who ever sets the rules in this place should be fired. In last 4 years they implemented so much unnecessary and borderline stupid rules that we are now at the point that you no longer can book appointment with GP while standing in front of them. You have to go back home and call them to book appointment. I just don't understand WHY? We living in 21st century, there's is multiple ways of communication, but this place, if you need to see a doctor, excepts only one way. I won't get surprised if in few more years this place will start to except only fax or physical letters as a way to book a appointment with GP.
I'm just struggling to understand WHY? there's more issues but this are the main one's.

Truly shocking. Just try and get an appointment to see a doctor! I was told to call back at 2. I called 12 times, they didn't answer. Eventually got through about 3, only to be told to call back at 9am tomorrow! Receptionist far more interested in telling me how she was answering calls. Blatantly lying. Go elsewhere, I am.
As an addendum, they have reacted to my complaint by dropping me as a patient! Laughable if weren't so ill! Shame they don't deal with the complaint rather than victimise the complainant.

Absolutely ridiculous no open surgery everything over the phone stupid how they operate only few hours during the day if u lucky u will see the doctor but I can’t reach any since few days as my daughter is sick but they not answering phones and if they do they will tell you that they already exceeded the number of patients and you should try again in the morning because on afternoon they don’t answer the calls at all
