Total disappointment. I'm with this surgery for last 7years. Starting from around 2019 NHS implemented so much none sensical rules that it's no longer possible to get an appointment with doctor. I need fertility preservation and I can't get reference because you need appointment with doctor for that.
Receptionists are letting this surgery down.The drs are 100% if you can get an appointment. Telephone traning definitely needs to be a priority at this surgery. Funny when you are in the reception area they run about believing their great behind the phone absolutely nasty. Noone available to speak to about their attitudes
