After seeing a doctor for my fractured skull, I was told that a scan was being arranged. 9 months later, I contacted the doctors and they said it had been rejected and that they were sorry I was not contacted. They said only new symptoms would justify a scan, which I discussed with the doctor 9 months ago, of major pains in my head. So I did have new symptoms, but it was still rejected. So now I’m on hold to book a new appointment as the consultant could do this.

My wife this morning went to the practice to make an appointment. They were told to sit in waiting room and were given numbers, she was number 10. After number 4 was called, they were told no more appointments available as only two doctors in and one at Water Eaton. Where are all the Doctors???

Never been to this health centre before. Always wary of frosty receptionists as it seems to be a perceived trait. Arrived a little early, spoke to the lady who was super friendly and told to take a seat. I sat next to the reception desk and during my wait this lady dealt with many patients, young, old, some with limited English language skills and many more. The friendliness in her voice, the feeling of genuine compassion coming through, the interaction with young kids asking how they did at school and other things, stands this lady out. Wow! Blown away. A real credit to not just to Whaddon Medical centre but to herself. Happy cheerful faces alone make people feel better. The whole experience was seamless, nurse / treatment included, and can only speak as I find. I didn't get a name but please take a bow nice lady. It was 3.30 Friday 15th March 24. Thank you for caring for everyone.

My huge thanks and appreciation goes to
Dr Creed and the Practice Doctor who served me with extra care on 2nd February when my feet was swollen. I can't thank you both enough. I was given the right treatment and prescription which healed my feet the very next day. I went back for a review and Dr Creed reassured me that my feet was good and to contact them if I had further reactions. Well done and Great Service Dr Creed and team! from Una

Rude arrogant disinterested receptionist. No pre booked appointments for a month so the alternative offered was Urgent Care or to queue and likely fail to get a slot at 8am and then try again at 2pm then repeat. What is the point of clogging up Urgent Care? What if all surgeries do the same? Would appear Whaddon have too many patients for the number of doctors.

This Dr Andrew Potter is one of the most dastardly, and unprofessional evil and dimmest Drs I've ever come across and I've come across loads. I had AGORAPHOBIA when he became my doctor and the evil dastard told me that I had to visit him in his surgery 4 separate times to prove it to him that eventhough it had been on my medical records for a previous 7 years that I am and that I've passed all DWP tests for that. This chronically narcissistic person, whose initial are within the AJS range who are those who have to be in control - which within his dictatorial mind gave himself the 'authority' to absolutely ignore every single other doctor and the DWP and make his own brand-new derogatory and disgusting rule - Plus they are automatically otherwise not with any humanity. This Sociopathic Narcissist wanted to see me go in and have panic attacks and all other side effects or effects of having AGORAPHOBIA to pass me and that is a very sick sick person and by the way I'm a Doctor of Psychology and so every single word I have said ESPECIALLY my own diagnosis of the gruesome nasty despicable individual.

Absolutely appalling. Ever since COVID came along all GP Practices including Whaddon Medial Centre can't book you in for anything regardless of age or severity of the problem.
Everytime you ring they don't have any bookings and they send you to Urgent Care Service in Milton Keynes. No patients in the practice but they're fully booked. How does that work?
Urgent Care Service is being overrun by GP Practices sending Patients.
We've had so many attempts where my wife who can't drive and is immobile at times, had to take both of our sons with high fever and chest infections to the GP and she kept getting sent to Urgent Care.
How is that a solution to things Whaddon Madical Centre?
If you can't look after the elderly, the immobile, the infants then what can you do?
What's also interesting is how you're forced to keep your calm with all of these "Don't Be Abusive Towards Our Staff" signs but the staff itself looks at you with such disgust when you're politely insisting for help or have the slightest thing to say.
Something needs to be done ASAP. Do you need more doctors, nurses, practitioners? Please recruit some more. The community needs you.
If that's not possible, then close the centre down and let Urgent Care look after people.
