Unfair and unreasonable prices where they charge at least three times more than what you would pay outside of the airport. It’s understandable that a 20% or 30% markup is charged in airports, but more than 300% is outrageous! Avoid at all costs!!!
Tourist scam at its finest. Basic cologne price (200ml) is 7 times more expensive than a supermarket.
I was shocked to find that the duty-free shop charges 69 EUR for low-quality baklava that costs just a few euros on the street. This outrageous pricing is at least ten times higher than normal and feels like blatant exploitation of travelers. Avoid this shop if you want fair prices and decent quality.
They have great collection and lot of variety but it is extremely extensive. No doubt the collection is great and I am confident we can get cheaper outside or in our country the same thing. They are making a lot of money from people.
