They are clearly understaffed & struggling. Receptionists need better training dealing with customers and generally a better understanding of how the practice works as they are unsure about things themselves, such as prescriptions. They say they will call back or inform you and never do, it is always me chasing up. They are slow to administer prescriptions and you can tell they just show up to work to get paid and that's it. Really disappointing.

I called them to get an appointment and they told me that they will call be back anytime today for a telephone appointment. I waited for hours but they haven’t called yet so I went to call them back up, but turns out they are closed. If this was the only time this happened I would be fine, but it’s concerning that this has happened to me another time as well just a month ago.
Furthermore, when I called them up today I asked for a second appointment for my daughter and they told me they only give one appointment a day per household. That’s ridiculous, so what am I meant to do if more than one individual is ill?
Honestly, even after all that what really matters is the customer service, but some of the staff are not only unhelpful but have the worst attitude. If I had the option to give this GP clinic 0 stars I wouldn’t hesitate.

Sooo rude reception staff they don’t know how to talk with patients. Dr chawla was such a nice person in past days reception people respect patients. since they give surgery to Dr matukia reception people was so rude.

Mathukia’s run a military institute and not healthcare!! Pathetic patient service especially someone called Salma at the reception. Very rude and unsympathetic!! I would change my GP for sure!!

3/10 so difficult to get an appointment and when you do it’s 5 mins in and out. Using the email to repeat prescriptions NEVER works. Reception staff rude and ignore you. I understand that they are also overbooked and overworked but don’t take on too many patients if you don’t have the Practitioners available.

I have been living in the UK for so many years, and I have always faced issues with getting appointments. Even when I do manage to get an appointment, the doctor is not good; they just talk dismissively. Recently, my sister had a surgery with Dr. Zafar, I am extremely satisfied with the way he treated us and examined my sister, who is a special needs child. I asked him if he was new, and he mentioned being a locum. Personally, I believe he should be a permanent part of this clinic. He treats people with empathy and fulfills his duties with utmost honesty. I highly recommend him, and I request that you consider keeping him permanently if possible.
